Walmart Vision & Glasses, San Antonio TX

Laura went above and beyond to help me with my glasses. She took her time and helped with me with a smile through the whole process. This Vision center manager deserves the recognition. With this experience I will continue to come and see her and will send everyone I know.

An employee named AMY was very rude. She was giving attitude and rushing. She needs to be fired and learn how to treat customers with respect.

Called for a question, whoever answered the phone was super rude and not helpful. Needless to say I’ll try a different location.

I came to the Walmart vision location off of Bandera Rd because my son broke his glasses and the one employee that was working was rude. She told me very loudly in front of customers and more than once that she was the only one working. I explained I just wanted to buy a frame, it was the exact frame he broke, and she gave me attitude. She said that I would wait atleast 40
minutes and I told her ok what did
she expect me to do I'll wait. She
then went even slower it seemed. I
know that she was alone but what happened to Customer service? I think she was trying to deter buisness. Walmart train your employees to handle the public with respect.

If I could describe the service as fast as the Chick fil a drive thru than let’s go with that.

Staff was friendly and helped find me frames as quick as possible

Laura is an amazing new manager with great professional experience. I got Nikon lenses and they are the best lenses for the best deal. Great investment will come again.

Annalisa was very friendly, professional and patient with my son while she completed his order.

Absolutely love the service quick and easy the staff there are eager to help to whatever extent and to their capacity. Chriselda Sosa made sure I had a great experience as well, she is very nice and fast knows what she is doing. Such a sweet lady will always go back for my yearly contact and glasses prescription at this walmart!

I just want to give a great thank you to Ms. Annalisa who helped me and my children with their selection of glasses this afternoon. We’ve been coming here for years and the staff here is awesome their very friendly and helpful. Thank you too all staff!

We came in the get glasses for my 3 year old daughter Annalisa helped us and made the whole process very fast with no problems. She explained everything so well we didn't have any questions. She even helped make my other daughter feel included even though she's doesn't need glasses.

I didn't get her name but on the business card she gave says her name is destiny yanez, I give 5 stars she offered me extra things to add on my glasses that would help with my stigmatism that they never offered me the last time I went n she the who let me know I had a stigmatism in both eyes I never knew that till she told me thank u so much she was very helpful and professional she's a very good staff member.

Susana helped me fill my prescription and made the process quick and easy! She was upbeat and just an all around good person to be around and was very detail oriented about what I wanted. I definitely recommend this location.
