Me and my wife both come here it is an excellent place no long waiting and the doctor listened to everything I had to ask
Excellent service, the staff are always there to help, I recommend this place to anyone. I have came here for my eye vision several times and I have had excellent experience
The doctor (who is an individual practitioner and not actually affiliated with Walmart) is wonderful but the actual vision center has gone to hell, they call customers stupid, and bring up politics, which is not acceptable no matter what side of the fence you are on. Won't be back, at least to this location.
Avoid the black lady at all costs she talks your ear off and fixes nothing. I hate going in there when she's there.
First one staff pulled up my last order, from 16 months earlier and replicated that lens with my new prescription. The cost was about the same as before. $200. So picked out frames. Another staff picked up. Lens price literraly jumped to $360. Went to America's Best. Their best lens was just under $200. What"s with that. So I am done with Walmart. It was clear that the new staffer was lot and could not process her new job. And i was frustrated by here befudlement.
Terrible customer service. The people at the front desk would always cancel my eye exam and they would put me off for weeks and weeks. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Always a hassle and understaffed. Poor customer service and remarkably slow. I will go out of my way to avoid in the future, several chances have been given, done with this location!
I saw Dr. Nguyen for eye exam. He did an excellent job and his staff was very efficient and friendly. Julie
