Walmart Vision & Glasses, Fort Worth TX

My experience was good I was in and out in a reasonable time and the eye doctor was nice didnt have any problems here

The service is really bad, the workers are mean, unhelpful, very annoying, and very noisy and lazy, i will never stop here again!

I rec’d my first frames and they just did not fit right. I had them adjusted 3 times before finally calling and asking for a new frame. The dept manager let me trade them in and even adjust my bifocal lens since I work in a computer all day and was having trouble reading with them. I recommend them and will not go else where. Great service.

I came here after another company placed the wrong prescription in my glasses. The manager Monica, and her staff were very helpful and super nice. They ordered the correct lenses and replaced the wrong ones for a great price! The whole staff there is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and services! I will most definitely will go back when it's time for new glasses!

Great prices for my kids glasses and mine, very clear and informative on exactly what I'm buying. Associates at the vision center are nice and helpful. Was not sure if took my insurance and they did lady called insurance and we were good to go

I just had eye surgery and I'm on a very tight budget. I came in into walmart to check prices on glasses and how much this was all gonna cost me. I talk to Madhu and she help me figure it all out. It was 200 dollars cheaper than I expected. I'm so happy, I'm getting glasses that are less expensive and protecting my vision.great job!

Monica the Manager is good.
Had To wait nearly 2 weeks for my glasses, ok no biggie. When I received them the plastic frame smelled terrible.
Changed frame, took them back to be adjusted and expected the lenses to be put in the frame correctly. Young staff member, not very friendly at all, wants to tell me that's how they're supposed to be. SPENT OVER $300.00 here.
DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE.

I came here to get my glasses exchanged and they were so nice and helpful! The manager, Monica, was so great! Carolina was the associate to help me pick out a perfect pair for me! I will keep coming here every year!

Basty was amazing. She got my price down with a rebate. She was super polite. Will always come here.
