I was very satisfied with the service I received from this company. They were very friendly and professional. They gave me a call thirty minutes ahead of time like I asked so I could get to my company’s yard and didn’t have to waste my time waiting for them to show up. I was worried about damage being done to my Peterbilt, but they were very careful with the way they pulled me out of the mud hole I sank my truck in. They even went as far as checking the under carriage for any damage that may have been done. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any help with towing issues on their tractor/trailer and am very grateful for them respecting my time and property.

The company was professional when i called to check the ETA. The driver was professional & also educated me of what was in my tire.completed the job with no problem.beware, they are very busy so my wait time was 90mins around 2PM.

The person that came he was so professional and nice wish all service person would be like him. I was having a bad new year started with two flats but he came with a smile and that help.

My car just got towed and the driver Dennis Ford was a great man. He got my car towed to a car shop where they informed us they couldn't fix my car after he already took the car out of the truck. He had to pull the car up again on the truck and move it a bit to another car shop without a problem. Great service!

Mr. Steve was the best there is! Never met someone that was passionate about helping me and actually showing genuineness to my situation (my car stopped). It had to at least be 102 degrees and he escorted me to the truck and allowed me to use his input to charge my phone. He had great conversation and helped me release my anxiety because whew it was out the window! Thank you Mr. Steve!

My son broke down, cops had to call tow truck. These people were amazing. Let us pay to have it towed to our home and not impounded. 5
