I can't say too much about the doctor himself because I did not get to meet him. But I had an appointment set for 2: 50 as a new patient and arrived at 2: 20. Was informed at 3: 30 that he still had 3 patients infront of me. I understand things come up but there is a point in time that i should be notified. I respectfully let the receptionist know that i would be leaving due to this issue and not wanting to have a repeat experience i have decided to look for a more professional pratice to use.
