I hired an attorney for my son. The attorney's name is Jonathan Hassell. He did not work for this firm at the time of hire but he does now. He provided very poor representation. He cost thousands and lost thousands. He promised an aggressive approach but instead he took an all talk no action approach and backed down quickly at mediation costing thousands. On countless occasions he emailed requests for phone calls, talked about anything and everything; sometimes he did talk about the case but many times it was not important. He charged for the calls he requested. He did this for quite a while until he was questioned on whether he actually planned on doing anything, specifically what he said he was going to do. There are other questionable charges as well. I submitted a Bar complaint against him. We will probably have to hire another attorney to fix the mess he created.

I hired attoreny Jonathan Hassel for another person. This attorney now works for this firm. He is everything a person does not want in a divorce attorney. He is the stereotypical bad divorce attorney. He did everything he could to separate me from my money and than mediated a terrible deal for his client and a great deal for the opposition. He is an all talk no action attorney. He is just a really bad attorney. I tried to review him on AVVO but as soon as he paid their fee and became a member, AVVO removed my review and several postive reviews suddenly appeared. They are a racket protecting bad attorneys like this one. I hope this helps someone.
