The guy who runs the place is has a ton of knowledge about all things warhammer and will always time out of his day to nerd on lore with you. Great store!

Awesome shop, Lucas runs a tight store, and does it extremely well. Always helpful, and a great place to get a game in

The guy who works there 99% of the time is very helpful and personable, offers help in learning how to paint, and most importantly knowledgeable and knows how to explain to the layman. I had a great time shopping here.

I walked in on vacation completely new to the hobby and was welcomed in. Lucas was incredibly kind, and introduced me to painting my first mini. I spent 3 hours there and enjoyed every minute.

It's always a great time in the store. Lucas is super knowledgeable and very patient. There is only space for a couple of tables to play at a time, but it helps add to the atmosphere of closeness with the good people in the store.

The shop owner was very helpful and informative on buying my 1st grey knights combat patrol.

I went there and spent over 100 dollars with the store. I love warhammer i only ask be talked to like person. The man working the store, his name is "Lucas", and he was very ugly to me. He didn't offer me the free mini of the month, I had to ask and he didn't give me my coin of the month.
This guy has a really bad attitude and needs to be replaced with someone else who actually has people skills. If I ever go back and he speaks to me, like this again, I'll make sure he gets fired

Respect your customers "Lucas", there are other stores that sell your products for far cheaper. Other than "lucas, " the store is amazing. I'd love to come back if he becomes more respectful to his customers!

If your looking to get into a new hobby or even someone who loves the hobby. I WOULD recommend coming to this store. Between the manager doing his best to help everyone find the army that fits them, to teaching people how to paint and play. Even the regular customers here are great.
Definitely look out for this store.

I've been in the store several times since getting back into the hobby a couple of years ago and the people here, both the owner and customers, have been so welcoming. My wife, who is not involved with the hobby at all, loves coming with me just so she can talk to the people there and look at the awesome painting being done or chatting about the game's lore. 5/5 will nerd-out again.

1. Horrendous management of hours. Tried calling 3 times no answer. Figured they must be busy. Stores like these don't typically have more then 1 employee working during the week. Made the drive. Store was closed with a hand written note on the door. Closed for training. If you are going to be closed for training then update your Google page and change the voicemail to tell people you are closed. Then it gets worse. 2. Tried to go back when they would be open surprise they actually were. But this time as soon as I step in the door one of the employees barks at me are you here for the preorder!? I said no and he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't help me till after preorders were done then he started yelling at other customers. I don't know if that was the shop owner or one of the employees but that man should be fired. Rudest in store experience I have had in years. Will not be going back there. Tried to support the local shop but guess they lost me to online store.

Always have had a great experience in the store. They are always happy to help and its a great environment. Super happy about today, and will for sure be back!

My first time in a warhammer store and my first time going to buy stuff related to the hobby. Lucas was awesome! Super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the hobby. I don’t see myself buying anywhere other than here from now on.

I have nothing but great things to say about Lucas and his store. It's an absolute pleasure every time I get to stop in. I usually end up hanging around and chatting even after I'm done with my shopping.

Lucas has been incredibly helpful. If there's ever something he doesn't have in stock he makes sure to get it ordered so I can keep building and painting.

The manager, Lucas, has always gone above and beyond to extend the best customer service possible to myself and my family. This store provides a safe environment for my boys to build and paint models while learning more about the game and networking with others that are also engulfed in the world of Warhammer. Lucas has definitely fostered a great community at this location, and we are thankful for the kindness and knowledge that has been imparted upon us.
