2 Was seen by Dr. Wartham on October 28,2022. Of course she wanted my money before I went through the exam room door. Co-pay was $50.00 and an additional $381.64 for what I was told was my deductible.
Contacted Dr. Wartham on January 20,203 and left a voice mail. No response, called again on January 25,2023, spoke to someone and gave her my number to call me back.
The reason I called was to notify them per my insurance, that they covered everything including our $381.64 initially paid. I've been trying to get my money back. Spoke their billing 3rd party payor on March 7,2023. Left message. Brandy returned my call a short time later. She indicated that Dr. Wartham always takes a long time to return patient's money. She does no want to return it. However, Brandy contacted the Dr. Wartham and asked that she expedite my refund of $381.64. Still no money.
Not sure what to do? FIle a fraud claim? Contact the American Academy of Dermatology? Share my experience with the McKinney Chamber of Commerce? Call the Texas Department of Fraud, Texas Attorney General?

Suing her. Do NOT go to her. She never returned my calls or emails. Have all the proof if anyone needs. Terrible practice
