Warwick At Westchase Apartments, Houston TX

Apartments are very nice with plenty of amenities. Leasing office is quick and professional and the place has been nice for the past 8 months and I'm looking to stay longer!

Just moved in today and i'm súper excited ive choosen Warwick as My new apartment. Thanks You Leslie for making things so smooth for me!

Leslie is just the BEST! Very professional and helpful ️ She was able to help me with all my needs and went above and beyond, she is just the star of the office, Thank you Leslie!

Leslie and Kevin were very helpful during the leasing and move in process! Great community thus far, no complaints at all from my point of view.

KEVIN! Is inpatient and not helpful and doesn’t care and isn’t trying to help! Over all don’t care about new interested prospects and following up because they’re 99% occupied! It’s all about first come first serve I’m very big on service! He toured me leased units and then tell you it’s taken, When I was ready to apply thank goodness bc it would be a waste of money. Wasting and time! Hell no
I lived here for a 1yr long time ago and decided to come back This just made my decision turn the other way and happy I did. Management pls be mindful of this! Even the leasing lady Leslie that helped me at first was much better! Btw from my experience if u stay here my perspective everything went well and good except be prepared to hear gun shots at night and the gates don’t work and security is low! Even with this I was still willing to come back

I have been staying in Warwick for 2 years now. Warwick at Westchase is an amazing place to stay. As a resident I feel safe and secure. The Apartment complex is neat and clean. Maintenance is amazing and not the mention the office staff is phenomenal!

Leslie helped me a lot for my new apartment she was very nice to me and made my day better 10/10 for Leslie

I just moved from here last month and it has been a blessing. It is.ghetto. Between the weed smell as soon as you walk out the house, drug deals being done in the parking lot, gates always broke, roaches just walking in your house from outstide, stray cats screaming in the middle of the night, package lockers having issues; I just couldn't do it anymore. The price is nice, but you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

Pro: I want to start by saying this has to be the only apartment in Houston that may have been intentional when staffing, cos both the leasing staffs, maintenance staffs are wonderful and amazing humans, the management is exceptional. I have stayed here for 2years and I do almost everything from my the mobile App, they are so organized, in my 2 years of stay, I never had to go make complaint in the office to get anything fixed. Kudos to the team that works here.
CON: Sincerely I see they do try, However the management can do better, maybe change the gates to new ones, so they don't get faulty everytime. Houston is really getting unsafe.
Overall, this is a good apartment. I recommend.

I want to start of by saying this is an amazing community. The office staff always takes care of my issues or concerns that I have. I have lived here for over 2 years and I am happy to say that this is the best community I have stayed at.

My experience with Cynthia was wonderful and great, she was very professional and welcoming. I also found an apartment in my price range. I am more than satisfied with the transition of moving. 10/10

The people are nice its starting to get a little noisy. There is a unhealthy loud pitch like ringing in my bedroom. I’m not sure but at night it’s very noticeable. I have had my refrigerator replaced and it’s still VERY loud. My AC unit kicks on very loud. This is just a noisy apartment if your sound sensitive you will go bonkers

Cynthia is so sweet! She toured me back in July, and I moved in at the beginning of September. I love the building, love my
apartment, and love the location! Cynthia was so helpful during the leasing process. She answered all my questions diligently. She has also made sure to check in on me during my first month living here to see if she could do anything else to help me while I was moving. I love it here!
