Manager was very rude to wife. Just started taking out our items from washer. Never coming back here.
Now I am standing here folding clothes and the rude person is going to have the audacity and move my stuff! Hell No! You picked the right one today. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Ms. Isabel.she is the reason I come, she keeps the place super clean inside and out. The picture is of ms rude. Claudia and Alma and the cow that works in the store are something else. Those 3 are straight hateful devil's! And the one who works in the other knickknack store still continues to do illegal acts even after being shut down by the city of Balch Springs. Forget about calling the owner Muhammad, he is worthless! Another thing they don't open at 6: 30, it's whenever they get there.
This is my laundry place, mine favorite one I really recommend it, it's clean and all the washers and dryers, works! Really good! And the personal working here theyr so nice
Everyone is saying this place is clean but it's really not and the lady that works here is very rude.
Very clean & nice environment! All dryers working, and washers were clean. I had plenty of dryers to choose from! The attendant was friendly.
Very good machines and affordable prices, a comfortable and warm place
