I actually wash my clothes proudly here, I honestly love this place. Way to go for maintaining it well. Very clean, kids friendly, the workers are great. Thumbs up for the owner and the employees.

Although I still love the place, the card payment on the machine charged me for $1 extra. And I know what I have selected. Also you charge extra for hot water but the water is not hot. Check the picture from my bank transaction, two machines with same option and it was both $5.25

Clean place to go, washing machine is new, and free WiFi, as for staffs is Okies. But careful leaving your stuff inside people will stolen it. Last month my wife and I leaving ours laundry basket inside and when outside for few minutes by the time we came back someone took it. Last time I checked it was around 5 people inside, by the time I asked the staff he don't know anything.hmmm how can you work in a place with less people in and out when business just reopened after covid19 and not observing who in and out? When I asked him can you view the cameras he said only owner can and he left without care what just happened. Luckily there was a family Hispanic told me the African Americans took it already! How I'm not surprised! I would rate this a 5, but the staff was disappointed me, therefore I'm going to given a 3 due to careless and unprofessionalism!

Waiting for my new washer and dryer to arrive but I desperately needed to wash so I decided to come here.the service was great! The place is very clean and they offer free WiFi. Will be returning if I need to wash an oversized comforter or something.

It’s very clean excellent I recommend it the man always has the very clean everything is friendly to people.

I've washed at this location a few times before. It's neat, spacious and generally as serene as laundromats get. My experience tonight wasn't so great, in fact I'd hardly call it an experience. I walked in an hour before closing. 9: 05 PM to be exact and I immediately felt unwelcome. There was a man with an apron staring at me for my entire duration there which, although was only 2 or 3 minutes, felt like an eternity. I'm guessing he didn't speak English well so he had this rather nice lady translate for him. I was told the "last wash was at 9". This enough would've been fine but the man's expression said it all added to the fact that 9 was a little more than 5 minutes before I arrived made me feel very unwelcome. It seems I'm not the first person to have such complaints. There are many reviews addressing this man's service, and some have been replied to by the owner themselves. Usually mentioning their usually positive reviews in terms of service, and claiming the situation will be addressed, but it seems this has been a problem for quite some time now. As I mentioned before the mat itself is great and so is most of the staff. I was told to return tommorow, and I originally didn't plan on it. I then realized it's just one staff member responsible for this. There are many other things to consider, but if he's there tomorrow with the same attitude I won't be returning.

So I came here to do my laundry.obviously. Prices are fair and they have free drying. Restroom is clean. Like actually clean. Just Don't ask the workers for anything. They are rude. I did not see the sign for the password to the Wi-Fi and when I asked this rude little man just pointed around the room. First time here sorry to bother you. I won't stay if I see this man again. Other than this little man.nice place.

Rude staff and owners. They will rip you off every chance they get. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone.

Super clean laundromat with lots of washers of varying load sizes. Wash is from $3. New machines. Incredible to have free dryers! Free wifi. The cleanest laundromat I’ve been to!

I took my clothes to be washed in the morning and was greeted happily by the women in the morning I believe her name is Christina. She's very polite and gave us the best experience of any laundry I every been too she is definitely a great reason for me to wash it proudly thank you guys.

The first time I came here was fantastic, it was extremely clean! The 2nd time not so much because I arrived well before 9: 00 pm to find that the doors were already locked and the attendant, an older lady, shook her head no at me. Very disappointing! So an average of 2.5 stars (rounded up to 3), 5 for the 1st visit and none for the 2nd visit. I will update when/if I come back again.

This place is great! I really wish I had known about a place to do laundry WITHOUT HAVING TO GET CASH OR QUARTERS!
It's clean, friendly staff, in a great location, there's free wifi, and THEY TAKE CARDS!

As those above shared, it's a great place to wash. Panama and Rosie who work on Saturdays are AMAZING! They're friendly, kind, and keep that place sparkly clean. I can walk in and feel like crummy and within a couple of minutes Panama has my mom and I laughing while we do our boring job. They both work so hard to make that place look amazing. They are always polite and kind. A great improvement over the one man they had before who was rude and constantly irritated with us. Rosie and Panama rock!

Really like this laundromat. Clean, well lit, free WiFi, and free dryers when you wash there. Some, but not all, machines take cards as well. There's also a Tom Thumb right next door, which is good for last minute laundry needs or just a snack between wash cycles.

They keep taking the prices up. Everytime I come here they take the prices up.

Response to the manager: I do not have the wrong location. You guys did go up on your washers. I know exactly what location I am referring to. I asked customers to be sure and they notIced as well. Please don’t try to lie under my review.

Gorgeous Laundromat? Yaaasssss! It exist and this is it.
My dryer broke. Sister said, Due to using too many softener sheets. Whatever. She taught me in her younger days.
Dropped off laundry for Wash and Fold. Special instructions. Bleach and XXXtra fabric softener. All instructions followed.

I come here often and do my laundry, however I used the $4.00 machine and my card was charged $ 4.75, manager please respond, otherwise I will despute with my bank, I know it's only $. 75, charge the price on the machine and nothing more, that's more money for the business!

Very clean! You can use your card in a few of the washer not needed in the dryers because they are all FREE! They even have the huge dryers for a comforter! The staff was amazing! We choice this place solidly base on the review and every one was spot on! Thank you. Now I see why someone said the drive past other places to come here. Well worth the extra mile for us!
