Wash N Dry, Killeen TX

Only good thing about it is it was only laundromat open at 9pm. Dryers dont dry very well. Had to restart them 5 times to finally get them somewhat dry only to have the clothes come out covered in lint. Attendant was rude and tried to say they were closed at 950 when they are actually open until 11pm. Vending machine took money and didn't give a drink. Attendant didn't want to return the money.

I mean it's a pretty decent place you know pretty visible and all that but I will advise don't leave your blankets in the dryer I made that mistake once before and got my blankets stolen, the next time I did it I took my dog blankets in there and they stole those but I laughed about that one

I love this place! Sooo freaking clean! Floors are shiny and ALL THE MACHINES ARE SUPER CLEAN AND WORK! I looked all over Bell co. For a good place to do my laundry, this is the place

I was just minding my own business washing my clothes when the machine read to clean out the lint tray so I did.i sat it on the table Not on the ground because after I finished loading my coins I wash going to put it in the trash. Then out of nowhere this Chinese or Japanese employee came up to me yelling at me “you no clean, you need to put in trash”…I said I’m sorry I don’t understand what you are saying to me but you clearly just saw me sit that on the table and once I’m done I loading my coins I will put it in the trash seeing as the trash since their isn’t one near the machine I’m using”. He continued to yell at me and no Good Samaritan even bothered to tell him to be more professional and stop harassing a customer for cleaning out their dirty lint trays. I will never wash here again because his service is very poor and he doesn’t speak enough English to give him my American dollars just for me to be yelled at and belittled. I tried to keep a calm attitude but that went out the window when a man keeps yelling in your face with no mask on. As you can see from the photo I attached, no trash can was by that area so I was trying to wait until I finished inserting the coins before throwing it away but he immediately came over attacking me and did not wait to see if I will throw it away after I finish cleaning the other machines. He is a horrible person and if you want to be treated with respect then this is not somewhere you should go washing

Terrible service! Most dryers will eat your quarters and management is nowhere to be found. Go somewhere else.

This laundry is super clean and the lady who takes care of it is very nice. The machines are always well maintained and it is safe here I go past 3 laundry mats on my way here.

Lot of washers and dryers machines, clean, tv with cable, bathroom just for customers, ATM, good a/c

Always clean not to crowded for a public laundromat. The washer and dryers are on point quick to wash and dry.the lady takes pride in her place of business and watches out for your clothes if you need to leave.

Today is 3/15/2021 and I am washing pillows and blankets/ comforters. Tbere are only 2 xlrg washers and it was a perfect fit for my items. But.the washers did not rinse properly. Fabric softener still in after washer is done. After I brought this complaint to the attendant, she puts on gloves and tried to wipe the softener in with her hand. Seriously! I caintah! I prayed. Took my items and fled. Please do not take a clean business for a good business. Besides that, the dryers are very small for a Laundromat and would not accommodate the items I had. $15 down the drain! But.we live and learn.

This place is very VERY clean. The female owner is the epitome of hard work. I come here frequently and she is always cleaning. She even goes out of her way to clean the parking lot! The price is good. I 100% recommend.

First time using this place. The machine didn't count four quarters I placed in the machine. I get the person there (unsure if he was the owner). He stated the computer doesn't lie and I need to add more money. I said I'm not going to add more money for it to take. He shook the machine a little and pushed the coin return then added two quarters of his own which the machine took, and he looked at me like see, it's you not the machine. I would not have gone to him if there wasn't an issue! If the machines weren't already running I would have immediately taken my clothes out and went to a different establishment. What type of foolishness is that when you don't allow for computers to make a Mistake. Things happen. Vending machines do it all the time. And how he handled this situation, trying to make me feel like I was somehow the problem? Not okay. Trust me, I did NOT dry my clothes at this establishment. I will never go again and I will warn everyone against it.

I just gave it 1 star so I can leave a comment! I've been coming here 2yrs with no problem. Today the owner was so rude to me & disrespect ed to me because the machine didn't turn on after I put my quarters in! He accused me of not putting in 6 quarters! He was yelling all in my face! I was really shocked of his behavior! I had about 7 machines why would I try to steal?

The place and the machines are clean here and mostly quiet.cept the bathroom is kinda nasty and has no soap.
