Wash Zone, LLC, Sherman TX

New to the area and have been to several laundromats to clean my oversized king comforters and this laundromat is by far the cleanest one I’ve been to. All the machines were working and the place was immaculate. The new owner was a super nice guy too. Definitely will be back to this one!

Excellent customer service. Price dropped on washers. Free dry as well. Clean and much better than before.

I've been going to wash zone off and on for about a year. ALOT of changes seem to be "unfolding". Lol. But seriously, check it out. The new owner is making some very good changes not to mention the guy who is there most days is incredibly helpful and I'm giving his customer service attitude five stars. Well done to the new owner. Wash zone needed a pick me up and looks like y'all are well on the way to making it a better place to do laundry!

I have been going here for almost 2 years and they have completely upgraded. I am very satisfied with the prices and also the free dry now. Everyone there is super friendly and very welcoming. The Wash zone is very clean.

Wouldn't recommend the laundry service good luck picking up anything you drop off the person behind the desk is always leaving a sign they will be back and 20 minutes after that time they still aren't there. They also used to pick up service and just stopped without notifying any existing customer with scheduled pick up. Very unprofessional has went down hill

This is a large clean facility, has a helpful employee, a clean restroom, and the machines use cards that can be reused and money added with either card or cash. I paid to use a machine that didn't work and the employee reimbursed me by paying to start another washer. I appreciate the good customer service and I understand that things happen. This was my second time here and I plan on returning.

Nice staff but the machines sound like there about to take flight (broken) and they only wash on warm water.

Clean, usually machines available (unless it's a Saturday or afternoon). Friendly staff. It's worth the drive. Still a great place to clean your clothes.

Washers and dryers of several different sizes make it so easy to get laundry done in one load! Only 4 stars because there are too many washers and dryers that are not working and have been for quite a while.

The first time I was the guy who waits I rush and don't let my clothes dry completely.
The second time, he didn't even let me enter the place, according to him, because I wasn't going to finish washing on time.
The schedule said last wash at 8: 00 pm, I was there at 7: 40 pm and even then it didn't even let me in

I would give this place more stars, but it's not an option. I've been to wash-n-fold places in other parts of the country and nobody separates and wraps my laundry like it is done here. And it always smells so good.

They used to be Great. Has gone totally downhill. Very few washer or dryers work. The staff also uses washers/dryers that are NOT designated for "outside" laundry. It's dirty. No snack or drink machines work. Bathrooms dirty. It's gone from a Great laundry to a ghetto laundry.

This place has gone downhill! … the attendant spends his time outside talking about people with vulgar language. 1/2 the machines are out of order… the “card” machine is taking cash only, but the ATM is out of order.

This place is… TRASH. Half the machines don’t work. Some only have cold water. The place itself is gross. I went here once because it was close to me, but I’ll drive the extra 20 mins to go to a better laundry mat until my dryer is fixed!
