The machines themselves function.

However, they need to all desperately be cleaned. I originally posted 3 stars for the mildew but there is so much detergent build up inside of the machines you could do a cycle without adding any (most people overuse, anyway). I did a second cycle without detergent and it looks the same as the first. Most people will not care about these issues but is it really that hard to try to keep your machines clean? Passive income gone wrong?

Pictures: mildew on seals, also shows the second wash I did without detergent to show how much is still in there.

What’s the point of paying when it doesn’t clean?

It's always clean. If you use the XL wash machines you can put you whole load in instead of a little bit at a time. They are big enough to wash a lot same with the big dryers just put $2 in and that's 45 minutes and everything is dry.
