Washday laundry, Lindale TX

Very satisfied!
Out of town camper, I needed to do serious washing. The equipment looks like new, change machine in perfect working order. The attendant was friendly and helpful.

Well maintained laundromat. Clean with friendly staff. Air conditioned, unlike the other option in Lindale. Machines work well and there’s large load washers and dryers. Change and vending machine for soaps and softeners. Two TV’s and a clean restroom.

Facility is clean and always functional, but I can’t go there anymore after seeing how the attendant treated an elderly lady today. The young, brunette lady is always rude, but today I saw a lady ask her a question about a machine and she looked at her and totally ignored her. The lady asked again, excuse me mam, as the attendant walked back by, and she looked at her, frustrated. I didn’t hear all of her response, but it began with a snarky, “Well number one, I don’t know you. And number two…”. The customer was left with her jaw dropped, asking her husband if he’d heard that. The attendant walked away shaking her head and rolling her eyes.
I don’t know who owns the place, but they should know-there’s too much competition to be treated that way.

Had a dryer malfunction lady was rude said use another dryer I informed her dryer not working took four quarters stopped working she kept saying thank you mass confusion in the past if I had an issue it was taken care of promptly courtesy shown

Place was the cleanest and nicest to go to. Now it's just going down hill like the rest of them. Standing water on the floor. Filthy dirty, dirt and trash everywhere. Machines broken/falling apart. Stealing quarters. Have to move clothes. Hot. No air circulating. Bugs/spiders. Trashy parking lot. They also went up in price and more expensive then others because they charge you for the dryers as well. 1/2 them don't work right and takes forever to dry.

We drove well out of the way to go to this one but won't be returning anymore.

This is a nice clean laundry facility. Very well air conditioned too. The washer is conveniently located directly under the dryer. Bathrooms are impeccably clean. My experience here was pleasant. It’s 3.75 for a wash but I’m willing to pay extra for an air conditioned and clean laundromat with useable washrooms.

Good place to go. Quite and clean. Only thing I have a problem with is almost paying $4.00 for 1 load of wash. Otherwise great.

It was very clean and shiny with an actual person attending. She was very friendly and helpful and that makes for a pleasant experience. The washers were clean actually looked fairly new maybe because they are kept clean. There are plenty of folding tables they might be just a little close to the washer and dryer as it's hard to get a person by while somebody is folding. The TV was tuned to me TV which is a good station with family television. And it's open 24 hours makes it convenient for people who are night owls. Overall a very nice place and I will probably use it again. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because while I was folding my clothes a Cockroach ran across the floor next to me. I squished it, now in their defense it probably came in with a customer. Can't imagine they're being bugs in a facility that clean. And they kind of like dark places so it running across the floor in daylight is probably a sign it was brought in.
