Its a great co-working space. Tenants and staff are all very friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance when you get hungry.

I can’t say enough good things about the space, the owner/staff, and the folks who office here. Our new law firm officed here for the first nine months or so until we moved into our own space. I was sad to leave. Highly recommend!

A high-quality, friendly, and professional co-working space with great amenities, helpful staff, and a friendly owner. Location is fantastic and there is a solid community (which I was I made more of). A few times I was even able to take my golden doodle in for office visits! A fantastic co-working option in the heart of Houston — modern feel, all of the amenities you could want, and super friendly people. Conveniently near a lot of food and coffee too, if you need to step out for a bite to eat or meet a client. Matt, who owns and runs the space, is a great person and will help get you up and running asap.

Stopped into town for a short stay and needed a quiet, centrally located workspace. I stumbled upon WoCo, and was glad I did! Matt and his team worked to make me feel comfortable right away, and the space has everything you need within reach. Super fast and reliable internet, and convenient restaurants nearby. Nice people, great spot! Highly recommend, especially during these in-between times.

Great location with a modern esthetic feel and brick walls! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We used this space for a lifestyle/headshot photo session and our client was very pleased! Looking to book more time here for future clients. Thank you for having us WoCo!

I’ve been working at the WoCo office for 5 months now and it’s been amazing. I love the space. It has great lighting and fast internet. But my favorite part is that I absolutely love the other members here. They are so great we are all like a small work family.

I love our office space at WOCO! It's got great energy, professional tenants, friendly staff, fantastic work accommodations, and useful common areas. The location is perfect with easy access to all areas of the city, a great restaurant and bar scene, and walking distance to hiking and biking trails!
