Waste Connections - Greenville

This company is not dependable. They have missed many weeks not picking up our trash. Not just mine but the entire neighborhood. Trash builds up and rodents are tearing the bags up. Making the neighborhood look bad. The company wants their money but don't want to work. They shouldn't even receive one star.

0 stars if I could. THE WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA. They are a joke! Makes you want to throw your cans on there door step.

Have to call in EVERY week. They always have a excuse for not picking up the trash. KIDS DONT LIE AS MUCH AS WASTE CONNECTION. Saturday AGAIN.

Didn't empty my trash for umpteenth time said it wasn't out to curb but I leave my cans out by the road and never bring them up because theye always use that excuse then leave u with nowhere to put your trash that's why they are loosing the city of Greenvilles business to black jack thank God

I had just set up dumpster service with TriCounty when WC bought them out without my knowledge. Dumpster wasnt emptied for a month. Told to set up account online & when I did they said Inhave to set up a separate account for dumpster then started charging for can service too though I didnt need cans with a dumpster in front of my house. Continued to charge for dumpster months after picking it up. We called monthly, they said it was billed wrong, dont pay, someone will call. No did. Month after month. Finally told dont pay ANYTHING again till rectified. We didnt & then we get notices over & over. I'm done talking with them.

Yet another week that our recycle been has not been picked up and yet have them on camera passing by picking and choosing the cans that they would like to empty throughout our neighborhood. This is disturbing! Very disappointed!

They don't stay to the schedule they implement and when you call there representative had a bad attitude and was very disrespectful. We just wanted to know if they changed the schedule or was the truck down. Now they just pick up our carbage whenever the want but not on Wednesdays and Saturdays like there supposed too

3 weeks in a row the recycle bin was not picked up. I’ve got it all on camera of them coming, flipping the lid open, pulling the cam into the middle of the road and continuing on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but the 2nd and now 3rd is getting ridiculous. I called last week and was told someone would be out to service it, nope didn’t happen. Was told the same thing today. I’m not going to pay for service if no one is going to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Garbage place, garbage service. Unfortunately, stopped picking up our trash right at the end of their contract with the city of Greenville. Severely violating their contract. But what's the city going to do? Fire them? They already have.

Worst trash company, they never pick up when you call you get nothing but excuses they claim they will send someone out but they never do and you get charged anyway.

Never got a can delivered after more than a month, transferred us to a different “sister” company with no notice, no communication. Canceled after 5 weeks still no can and no answers. Communication was awful, “sister” company also awful with no can delivered and no communication.

No pick up for two weeks. Come Saturday by 10 am if my trash is not gone (including the trash that is piling up next to it) I will personally be taking the neighbors and my trash to their front door.

Its been two weeks since my trash has been picked up. They drove by my house without picking up trash on 6/22 and didnt come down my street at all on 6/29. Today is 6/30, trash is still out after they said it was going to be picked up today. About to go drop it off at their office so they can have trash at their doorstep like ive had for the past 15 days.

Forgot to get my can out front so I took it to the guys dumping the trash. Asked how’s it going, they guy just looks at me and picks my trash can up and throws it in the trash truck then just sets my can in the middle of the road and hops on the trash truck and leave. It’s almost like he wanted to get fired.

I have been using Waste Connections for about 3 years to handle bulk pickups. What I find frustrating is that they don't invest in technology to make calling them easier. Each time they answer, I have to tell them my name, service address, and phone number and then my inquiry. Just would be faster if I don't have to constantly tell them the same information I have been giving them for 3 years when they should get a pop up that I am calling.

This is the worst thing for a waste disposal company I have ever seen always leave cans in middle of street and sometimes you have to go find your can never put it back where they got it from

Did not pick up trash because it was "overloaded" violated contract terms by not leaving an explanation attached to either can or residence as to why trash was not picked up. Constantly leaves trash can turned over or lid open after pickup. Overall a poor way to conduct business, glad their contract with Greenville will not be renewed.

Great crew, always work with us, this is a great company. Our pickup guys are very good with my children who adore me them. Very professional, and very personable. Love those guys.

I have not had trash picked up. In the last 5 pickups. I am paying for services that are not even happening. This company has every excess why they can. I moved my trash can to the closes block and it still didn't get picked up. Geus need to pull there contract from this company. They are glad to take your money and don't do there jobs. I give them a -10.

The customer service is horrible. They are paid monthly thru the city of Greenville to pick up my trash but they do not pick up trash what so ever. I have camera footage of them not picking the trash up. I called in today to try and resolve this matter today and spoke with Robert who is supposed to be a manager but by the lack of customer service and communication skills I couldn't tell he was in any management role. I was transferred to Robert twice due to him taking the call and hanging up on me. The third time I was transferred he answered asking me how he could help, I explained I was transferred over because I was told there was video footage of the house on the corner being picked up but my house is the second not first, he went on to tell me I lived in the 3rd house from the corner and my trash was picked up. I would think I know where I live since I pay property taxes. He also went on to say how he had video footage to proof it and would be happy to send it to whoever, when I requested the footage he refused to send it. I requested to speak with his manager Tommy and he told me to hang up and call back in to customer service. I did and have yet to hear from him as of yet. They take your money but don't render service. I have filled a complaint with the state of Texas to have this resolved since they have an issue with picking up waste.
