Person not very pleasant or professional answering the phone. Can't deliver recycling bins to new residents in a timely manner.
Edited to say, I called the Waste Connections number on the paperwork I was given, not the number listed for Justin. However, I did call that number and it was automated so I'm not sure where that would have taken me if I had gone along with it.

WCI has been my trash service pu for many years. There price is right and they try to take care of any issues i have had.

They should be sued I pay them monthly and they literally fail to pick up my trash I have called several times but they don’t care looking for a different company ridiculous

“Mary” is the person who answered when I called to speak to someone. She is extremely rude and sounds like she has absolutely 0 customer service skills and kept talking over me. Its unfortunate that this company can’t find individuals who know how to talk to customers over the phone or even how to articulate anything other than “excuse me? ” And babbling over the actual customer whose trying to explain the issue.

Bo is the best ever! I had tv that was sitting in my house for weeks and couldn’t find anyone to help me take it out! He was nice enough to get out of the truck to help me! Super friendly and always willing to help! Love the music too and all the kiddos on the street love watching him get all the trash! Thanks Bo!

READ THE FINE PRINT! This company holds you to a 5 years contract when signing up for service. I called to cancel my service due to them being over priced and providing inadequate service compared to a competitor. Was told I owe 6 months worth of charges to get out of my contract. Absolutely no mention of this when signing up for service. What an absolute garbage way of doing business.

I have been in my house for 3 weeks now and the trash is never picked up properly. They skip days and come the next day or they just don't come at all. And if you move into a new house, don't try putting anything extra beside your trash can because they will leave it. I came from a town who would literally take anything you put out. I can not express how much I hate this company or how much they suck!

They come at different times every week they skip stops.
Price is ok. Customer service is good but not great.

They hate getting out of their truck to get a bag that is not in one of their trash cans.

I am Always calling to remimd them to pick up my trash they always just drive by and forget my cans and then when i call they say oh well they are to far you are just going to have wait till next week even though i paid to have it picked up 1 time a week: (i hate having to remind them every week to pick up my TRASH

Frequently miss picking up trash. When I call, I get the same story that they dont have anyone still in my area so they will have to get it next week. When they do pick up, the bin is left half in the street on its side. I WISH we had a choice in waste companies here. Not only would they slow down the price hikes but they might actually have to offer reliable service in order to keep business.
Loved them when we started 20 years ago, but the last 3 years have been horrible.

The most rude people we have ever encountered. Just replaced our large bin with a smaller one (for more money) and told us for half a year we have had the wrong can? Somehow the smaller can costs more.maybe because they went bankrupt and because they were bought out buy a new company. These people are the worst.

Horrible customer service. Drivers lie about pick up and supervisors won't return phone calls. Everyone has cameras outside we see you DONT SO YOUR JOBS!

The worst experience I have ever had with any public service anywhere. Always missing trash pick up days yet when you call in about it you get the worst customer service experience you could imagine. They actually treat you like it's your fault. Yet they say when you sign up they never miss a pick up unless it's weather related or a holiday. Well it's summer for goodness sake so no bad weather and holidays haven't fallen on my pick up days yet I have been missed two weeks in a row. When I have to load my trash up and take it to Denton to the dump and pay 25 dollars then why have a trash service at all.
Maybe these people that work in the customer service department should first realize that without us customers there is no need for them to have a job so the first thing they should do is be kind and figure out how to fix the problem instead of acting as if we the customers are at fault. I absolutely hate calling them for anything rudest people ever.
So if you have a different option please take it you won't regret not using these people at all.

They are bad company. They brake the wheel on the can it takes forever to get a can need a better trash service
