Over my many years, I have only had male dentists. And my teeth and smile have suffered, greatly. Finally I have a wonderful female dentist in Dr Patel. She has me cavity free in less than a month. (5 fillings). Plus the whole crew; front office staff, hygienist and dental assistants are friendly, cute and extremely helpful. I am thrilled to have lucked out on finding this office. Thank you all for just making tough experience easy. Ya'll are a breath of fresh air.

The staff here are all so friendly & professional. The office is beautiful & clean. Dental hygienist Susan is always so courteous & pleasant to talk to, answers any questions or concerns I have, she explains everything thoroughly. She’s also very sweet & easy to talk to. I've previously shared positive feedback about Watauga Family Dentistry, but words truly fall short in expressing my admiration. This dental practice is simply exceptional. To put it in perspective, my children find excitement in a select few things: Disney World, visits to Grandma's, and astonishingly, trips to the dentist. Yes, you read that right. The mere mention of a dentist's appointment sets off a round of cheers and joyous anticipation in them.

The staff at Watauga Family Dentistry is beyond incredible, each member excelling in their respective roles. Their level of customer service surpasses even the renowned Chick-fil-A. Here's a perfect example: I initially scheduled separate appointments, one for my kids and another for myself, to prevent the chaos of having young children in tow while I had my own appointment. However, the staff proposed a brilliant alternative – completing everything in one day, thereby maximizing efficiency and sparing me an extra trip. They graciously looked after my children during my appointment, engaging them actively. It was no small feat to convince my kids to leave, as they were eager to bid farewell with hugs to the friends they've made at Watauga Family Dentistry.

The reception team was a delight, radiating warmth. The hygienists are incredibly skilled, leaving no stained tooth untouched and also offering enlightening insights into dental care. Dr. Airy Choi is not only knowledgeable but also wonderfully kind. The collective synergy of this team is awe-inspiring; every individual excels in their role, creating an environment of excellence across the board.

If you are looking for a dentist or a dentist hygienist Watauga Family Dentistry, is it, because they are the best. I have gone to many different dentists, and I was convinced that I hated going to the dentist. A lot of it was because I felt like the dentist never listened, they didn't know what they were doing, it hurt, making up things that needed to get done, feeling pressured into procedures so they can walk away with more money. I hated going to a bad dentist or the wrong dentist. I have found Watauga family dentistry team is not that. I have been going to them for a few years now and I don't plan on changing. Everyone is friendly, they listen to your needs, and the dentist and the dentist hygienist are highly skilled. They are upfront with prices, and they recommend procedures to let you know your options without feeling pressured.

At first I was not sure this place cared about its patients. Now I see they do care and I’m sure it will be a good place to bring my family.

I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade, so I went in knowing that I'd need some serious work done. At least these guys made it pleasant! My pain was well managed without being overdone, my anxiety was also well treated, and I was able to relax and get it over with while I had two teeth pulled. When I have questions, Dr. Choi, and all the other staff as well, take the time to explain what's up. I've already been recommending her to my friends, figured it was time to recommend her to the wider world as well.

Had an excellent experience! Staff and Dr. Choi was very professional. I came in due to a temporary bridge coming out when my dentist was out of town and they took care of me right away. They even made a temporary kit in case it happened again and they were so caring and supportive. Dr. Choi even made a referral card providing instructions and notes to give to my dentist when he returns. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Choi and her staff are AMAZING! I literally drive 45 min just to see her! She is so comforting and understanding of my dental anxiety! Takes the time to listen and explain procedures with the whys. Love. Love. Love.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The ladies at Watauga Dentistry open their schedule to see my mother, same day, for an emergency tooth extraction. La’ Keisha gave us all the information needed to take care of the dental issue as well as provide future dental visits for my mother. Very professional and thorough! My hygienist was gentle and paid very close attention to my comfort level and did a excellent cleaning! Top notch service!

If this dentist office treats there patients how they do potential employees then i wouldn’t recommend this place, they reached out to me for a phone interview, never contacted me to cancel or reschedule or even say they filled the position, I’ve called and the people at the front desk are nice but the HR lady Patricia Oliver is definitely not a good representation of their business, i usually am very understanding but this is two interviews now that she didn’t even bother to contact me, very upsetting and not professional at all. So this review is more so for how they handle their business potential employment with people.

Dr. Choi and the staff at Watauga Family Dentistry did an excellent job. My dental plan was no surprise because they have great equipment and technology that allows you to see it for yourself plus they do great at explaining everything each step of the way. All while being super friendly!

Such a great experience! It was my first visit, and the staff were very friendly and thorough. From front desk, to the assistant who did my imaging, to Luella who did my cleaning. Then of course the doc and her faithful sidekick Koto the dog! I dont have dental anxiety, but I can see how Koto would make anyone feel comfortable and relaxed. You could tell the staff were happy and enjoying each other and their jobs, and that makes a better experience for the patients. I'll definitely be back, and highly recommend! (Plus a bonus visit from another patient's dog, Smoky!)

#ZERO PAIN
Dr Choi is amazing this is my first experience at a dental office where i had absolutely zero pain and yes I got 2 injections. Tracie was amazing at running the front office and Luella is the best dental hygienist that’s ever cleaned my teeth I will recommend everyone I know to make this their one stop shop for all dental needs
PS. Koto is a wonderful dog and he’s the best company while your getting your teeth fixed

So happy with this dentist. They updated the office, have TVs on to help you be calm, and everyone is so nice! Got my teeth cleaned recently - quick and easy.

I would absolutely recommend this office. From walking in the door everyone was so kind and welcoming. They were very thorough and transparent. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be coming back!
