If I could give a 0 I would. I purchased a bracelet before Valentines Day. While I was there my necklace I purchased 4 months ago broke. So I inquired about repair. They said she we will take care of it don't worry. I so use to buying for Zales I knew it would be covered. Three days later I was advised my necklace was repaired and bracelet sized ready for pick up. We arrived received bracelet. However my necklace was no where to be found. I was told I had already picked it up. When my voice became elevated the owners son told the female cashier to call security. I then demanded my ticket. He said no the son of the owner. I then called the police because he didn't provide my ticket or necklace. The owner the older gentleman was not there but he has cameras and he watch day and night. He told them she has not picked up her items give her what is hers. The son continued to lie and say he didn't have our ticket. Police and Security arrived and they told him to give us the ticket. After 30 mins he gave us the ticket. The lady was still searching like the Owner said. Finally it was found. The thing I have a problem with is the son is a low life and racist. Was going to have is thrown out the store and keep the ticket. But that dad's surveilence camera would have told it all in court. He will be nice when you giving them money but the son is a snake. BEWARE.

Phenomenal work.

I repair watches in my spare time. I had 3 watches that I could not fix. 1 of them needed a whole new movement and the other 2 required specialized parts. They managed to restore all 3 in less than a week and within a budget that was claimed to be impossible by their competitors.

I went to this store just to have the man behind the counter to say that he wont be working on my watch as its poorly made. All I wanted was a new battery for my spider man watch

Horrible place. Went to get my watches repaired & they broke them & told me they couldn’t do anything about it & kicked me out

Horrible staff they treat you like animals and the manager told my 80 year old grandmother that she needs to be left in a nursing home

Shady and inexperienced. Took my wife’s watch to get the battery changed. Got it back damaged and scratched, and they refused to compensate me.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish I had read the reviews before taking my necklace to get repaired. It broke again 2 days later. I took it back and after an hour of dropping it I was contacted by Melanie and told it would cost me again to repair bc it broke in a different place per the Jeweler. ABSOLUTELY A LIE! The "jeweler" or the owner were nowhere to be found when I quickly went to retrieve my necklace. COWARDS and LIARS!

Terrible people and terrible service. Took a few watches to get new batteries and got them all back scratched or broken. When I brought it up to the manager he tried to steal the watches they broke, called security, and claimed I threatened him. I have it all recorded and I never said anything threatening. The owner is cheap and employs two little girls who don't know what they are doing. Don't take your items to them, they will be returned broken!

Discriminatory, scammers, they broke my watch when I took it to them to fix it, he never gave me my watch back, called the cops, and he then kicked me out. Never go here, they are theifs

Buyer beware of this store. They sold me a chain that broke as soon as I wore it. 14k gold an they were very rude to me when I went back in to try and tell them it had broke. Don’t not waste any money buying jewelry from these people. Very rude people. Trust me customers don’t lie. I’m only writing this review so no one else will waste there hard earn money. I have been buying jewelry from him for a while. His jewelry is real he is honest. If you are looking for great prices and real jewelry go here. I am one of his best customers. I have sent alot of people to him. He also do layaways. Trust me check him out, you won't go anywhere else. I love them there at Watchzone in Town East Mall Mesquite Texas.

The owner is wonderful. We purchased a beautiful ring. I returned to get it repaired, and cleaned. Reasonable prices. Great service. Excellent job Highly recommend.

Took a movado to have the battery replaced. Had just been across the hall at Kay’s and they said they couldn’t do it so to take it to these guys. They hammered a tool into it aggressively to open it, then struggled to get the back on. Then she turns it around and says “the face was like that before, right? ”… the entire watch face had been rotated counter clockwise about 10 degrees. She still charged me for the battery. Called Movado, they said the hammering likely broke the small pieces that keep the watch face in place. Won’t go there again for anything.

I took my watch to change the battery, the girls working there, just broke my watch than she handle it to me like nothing happened when I ask her what happen to the watch and why is broke she said the watch was like that, girl if it was like that why you didn't say nothing when I give it to you, professional people check the things before they start working on it.
My watch was fine she just broke it cause she couldn't open it right.
They are just amateur, if you want to fix your watch, its better to wait till the owner is there he's a nice man and he know what he is doing
I'm complaining just about the girls working there not the store, be careful with them they are so sneaky

This is the worst jewelry store! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! 2 months ago I came an paid $250 for my daughter bracelet and got in engraved the engraving came off I took it back the man said I have to pay to get in engraved again.if this is gold I shouldn’t even have to come back to get it done! He literally called security an tried to make it seem like we was trying to take the jewelry

Asked if they could repair a charm. They said yes and that it would be done in 2 days. After 4 days, they call me right before they closed and told me it was done. After picking it up the next day, i noticed that the charm was scratched and the silver wasn't applied smooth or even but by then I just wanted my stuff back. You would think after having my charm for 2 more days than they said, they would have done a better job.
