At this point, I'm a firm believer no Water Tree location knows how to properly replace the twist caps back on the jug. The problem is their "replacement" caps usually don't fit my jugs because I've been purchasing the water for years so the jugs and caps have changed over time. I can't tell you how many caps and/or jugs I've had to purchase for this reason alone. I generally try to place the caps myself but they (all locations) make it seem like you're in the way by doing so. Every visit seems rushed unless they can sell you into more sales. PLEASE stop being so forceful with my caps since you make me pay for YOUR damage or look into investing in better quality caps.

I went there for some water. The person who filled my water bottles was very nice and he is always very helpful.

You charged me for the USPS postage and then I had to pay an Additional $16.00 postage when the package arrived! What’s the problem with your shipping department?
