5Adam is EXTREMELY rude. Refused to give a refund. Don't do business here. Tells you want you want to hear over the phone, then doesn't get you what you need, is slow, and changes the price later. Save your time and go elsewhere no matter how cheap he says it'll be.
My business has worked with a number of screenprinters and suppliers. None have been as communicative, flexible, knowledgeable, and precise as Waterloo. They do great work, go the extra mile for their customers, and if anything ever goes haywire (and in business, it's always gonna happen) they fix it quickly and with grace. They rock and you won't find a better shop in Austin.
Waterloo is the one-stop shop for all your apparel and media-related needs. I made a request to have 100 shirts and a large banner made ASAP for my grand opening a week in advance and I was more than happy with the result. Waterloo went above and beyond to get my products to me on time and done properly. Thank you Waterloo and Adam!
