I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO ON SITE MANAGER! FOR YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU CANNOT FIND ME IN YOUR SYSTEM! WHAT MATTERS IS HOW YOU TREAT TENANTS HORRIBLY AN THINK ITS OKAY! THEN CORPORATE NEVER ANSWERS THERE PHONE NEITHER! I WANT TO SPEAK ONLY TO CORPORATE LIKE MEGAN OR MIKE! This is a horrible place to live. I do not recommend anyone rent from this Property. Number one the Main corporate office never answers the phone. They could care less it’s like if they don’t exist! The Manager Kristen James is the most disrespectful rude unprofessional person I’ve ever met! She has no people skills whatsoever, she’s always rude, has a horrible tone when talking to certain tenants. I’ve lived here about 4 years now and I’ve seen a few Managers come and go, but this lady Kristen that is the Acting Manager is by far the worst this property has ever had. I will be looking else where to rent even if I break my lease due to this Manager. From what I’m seeing she favors certain tenants. Needs to be replaced!

Deposit is never given back. This place finds ways to keep your deposit. Not worth the rent neither, pool is way too small and the parents never watch there kids leaving there kids unattended! There’s always trash thrown on the parking areas, company vehicles are parked on property when in fact should be off the property due to commercial insurance liabilities. SAPD is on property pretty much twice a week! Management is an absolute Rude lady named Kristen. There’s pot heads that smoke and Management doesn’t tell them nothing which is not good for the children to be seeing. The Security Guard lives on property but when called and needed can never be found. The corporate office never answers there phone to address any concerns tenants my have. People have no respect for ours property. If I could leave no star whatsoever I wouldn’t leave one at all.

The manager she is beyond rude and has a disgusting disrespectful attitude. Unhelpful and lacks empathy.

The maintenance team are amazing! They’re so friendly and kind! Ever since Joe and Jen left, it hasn’t been the same. They genuinely cared about the residents.

Since Joe left the front office has not had things together. The front office doesn't have any of the same team members that were here when Joe was here. Joe really cared about the complex and the families that live here. The maintenance team is amazing but that is all that is amazing about this apartment complex. I will suggest that you look for another place to live.

Waters at Elm Creek is a great place to live, it’s peaceful quiet and the staff are friendly and professional. Also the neighbors are very polite and friendly. It’s a pleasure to live here.

The best apartments I have ever lived in. It is a safe, quiet place to live. The staff in the office are friendly, respond and solve every need. Maintenance is effective. Bilingual service. My daughter loves the community activity center. You live like family.

The manager Mr. Segura has made a difference with bilingual service, activities for the whole family. I love the community center! We feel safe with our neighbors and the police. Very effective maintenance. Tranquility, security, activities and family. Covid-free environment and service. The perfect location.

This Place Is Perfect! Waters At Elm Creek Apartments is a beautiful and relaxing safe place to live. The property grounds are very well maintained and it’s immaculate clean. They put a lot of effort to stand out. The maintenance team Mr. Urbano & Mr. Henry are super friendly, helpful and quick to your concerns. The office staff Mrs. Jenny, Mrs. Diana & Mr. Joe are professional and always welcoming and absolutely joy to talk to. I absolutely love the amenities here Swimming pool, GYM, Virtual class events, BBQ grills w/picnic tables, fire pit & the latest addition the dog park. It makes me feel safe, that it’s gated and there’s a Courtesy Officer on property. All Around 5* -Definitely recommended these apartments to anyone looking for tranquility and safe place to call home.

Lived here many years and has always been a wonderful community to live in. The front office are very accommodating and easy to work with. Wonderful place to live!

Great place to live. Love the gated community. The Elementary school practically right across the street. Close to lots of stores with everything you need. Before covid they offered a wonderful after school activities for the kids. Recommend living here!

I’ve been living here for 2 years and not once have I had an issue, maintenance guys are always keeping this apt complex clean and secure. I also love living here because of how quiet it is. The only issue I have is parking, they should really look for those parking tags because there’s days I can’t find parking and I have to park far from my apt.

I am appreciative of this community at Waters at Elm Creek because they have been warm and welcome since the day I moved in. When I first moved in I left my keys outside the door. My neighbor put my keys in the corner by my door under a little towel and left a note in my door. Then, I received another neighbor’s package. I put it outside their door with a note. The next day they gave me a little gift bag with goodies inside. So, I really feel great about living here and safe too! Management and maintenance are super great and make sure they are always in communication with me. This is a gated community with lots of amenities in our apartments, nice appliances, white doors inside, molding and trim throughout, plenty of cupboard space and lovely wood floors. We have laundry set up in the apartment as long as a little laundry mat by our office. The office staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Amazing management, an very well kept. Has a beautiful view of the woods while remaining quite hidden and boast a overall pleasant community.

Been living here for almost 2 years and I'm happy. Its comfortable, quiet, and the neighbors I've met are all kind people. The front office has also been accommodating and very helpful.

People skills and communication skills, the maintenance staff are a great team they are respectful and friendly always ready to come and check when they are needed. I am very happy living here.

I have lived here going on 2 years. Joe and the team always make me feel welcome whenever I see them. Joe will do his best to communicate with you when you need some help. It is so quiet here. Can't wait till they can open up the pool again and enjoy the summers. I hope to live here for many years to come. Thank you guys!

Living at the Waters of Elm Creek has helped me to become more positive in so many ways. I've learned problems can be resolved with a little understanding, and a willingness to moved forward. I know I can go to the manager Joe, and talk to him, about almost anything. After all he's only human. It makes a difference when you are known as a person, and not just a tenant.

This gated community is a great place to be a part of. The office and management staff are friendly, great at communication, warm and welcoming. They have great opportunities for community activities and gatherings (virtual during COVID) that are educational and informative.let me not forget the most important. FUN. My kids love going to their community lounge to get snacks and tutoring. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. They are very friendly and never disappoint with every service call or routine maintenance visit that we've had. The facilities are kept clean and easily accessible and their patrols keep our community safe. My family and I are very happy to be a part of this lovely community.
