Have love being & living here for 20+ yrs. Though all the change over the yrs it's been a smooth experience and have had the nicest neighbors. Waters Edge staff have always been great!

My experience about living here is good and nice enough thanks to the all neighborhoods, staffs and the lovely location. Let's do it one more time again!

I am a teacher who was applying to live here. My experience of applying for an apartment, something I have done all of my life, was ridiculously hard, intimidating, and unfounded in its legal process. I have an ESA animal but the property manager there told me I had to have a letter from my provider stating what my disability was. I told her I am not disabled, hence I have an ESA not a service animal. She insisted on the letter stating why I needed to have an emotional support animal. She had my letter from my provider right in front of her and that was not good enough. I told her that letters of emotional support and not even required in the first place, but that she has it. And that I will not be providing other information. And she told me if I didn't do it then I could be responsible for a larger deposit up to a full month's rent. Just for not having a recent stated why I need an emotional support animal. That's a con if I ever saw one! Needless to say, I threw my application and requested a refund. You should too!

I had left them a five star review, but they allowed my car to be towed outside the conditions of my lease which I can prove. Moving out as soon as I can because it’s going to cost me around 400 dollars to get my car out. I’m not going to live in a place where they allow thieves to steal your car without even calling you from the office or towing company to let them know they have your vehicle. Complete crooks, and other than that the work outside never stops. Hope you’re ready to have people cursing outside your window using power tools at 7: 30am on a Saturday because that’s what I deal with. Do not move here, terminating my lease per their terms ASAP, horrible place to live.

Stunning river view = priceless

After having pipe breaks in our previous apt at the Parallax, we moved to Water’s Edge. Through our first ice storm, Water’s Edge never lost power or water. The buildings are old but they were built well and withstand the unpredictable Texas weather.

Layouts are spacious with tons of windows showing the San Gabriel river. The community is very nice and welcoming and is really close to i35 and HEB. Walls are much thicker and sound proofing than any other place I have lived.

Another thing to add, the crew here is very quick to prepare the property for storms. At the parallax, they didnt salt the stairs because it was a “liability” and my fiance fell down the icy stairs, resulting in a concussion. Meanwhile, Water’s Edge prepared the community without us even asking. They salted everything, and quickly removed fallen trees that happened after the storm.

10/10, i NEVER want to move!

Love Waters Edge. Wolf Ranch Farmers Market on Saturdays and the San Gabriel River paved biking trail that is about 1/3 mile away helps make this a great place to live. Staff is very friendly and proximity to the river make this a great place to live.

I have lived here for 3 years and have always received the best service from Clover and the office team. It is a great location, spacious apartments, and great amenities! Highly recommend this community for your next potential home!
