After Tina became manager, it was like night and day. She is professional, caring and an amazing person.

My family and I lived at Waters Edge while our house was being built. When we first moved in we struggled with management constantly, Tina has turned this place around completely. She was such a pleasure that we still stop by to see her.
These are some of the best apartments you can find. Tina Livingston is the kindest property manager I’ve ever had to deal with. She’s always willing to help me with whatever problem I’m having. If and when I have to move away I can only hope I find another property manager like her. I also have to rave about the maintenance man Eric. He is an awesome guy and knows his stuff. I recommend these apartments to anyone that wants a nice place to live. Five stars!
