WaterWalk Dallas - Richardson

Fair prices. Rooms are nice and clean. Nice sized kitchen well equipped with basic utensils and pots and pans. My only complaint is the couch. The room I got says it sleeps 3 people and the couch is not a pull out and pretty uncomfortable. Other than that id definitely come back.

One of the best times in Dallas, the location is wonderful everything is close shopping, down town, even Allen outlet, the rooms are spacious and super clean, the people there are amazing especially khaoula she is one of a kind her job was just making you feel home and she did it perfectly. Also David is so friendly and helpful thank you guys hope we can get to see you again

I stayed at the furnished apartment for a month, the room was very cleaned, the service was good, friendly front desk! I would definitely recommend it.

If you're reading this review and you need a furnished temporary place to stay that is clean and safe this is your place. WaterWalk is a small boutique corporate complex in the quiet business Richardson area with a hotel feel in the lobby and where someone always on duty. You are notified when an Amazon etc pkg is delivered (nothing left in the hallways) and because so many of their residents are there for weeks at a time there isn't a transient hotel vibe. Instead it's a small community of business professionals supported with gracious staff happy to assist you or just ask how you're doing after a long day. We've not only given them a glowing review to the relocation company that set up the reservation but we've also recommend WaterWalk to our realtors because they are that good. I'd like to take a minute and say how grateful my family and myself are to the staff at WaterWalk corporate apartments. We came to them through a company relocation and from the moment we arrived we felt immensely content and looked-after. The front desk concierge staff (Khaoula, David, Isabelli, Nathalia, and Octzia) were always welcoming, showed great attention to detail and communicated what they could do to help us in each situation. Each one was skilled at anticipating what are needs might have been (my husband loved the coffee bar) and went out of their way to help him when needed. The ladies with housekeeping, who came once a week as part of our rental, were always on time, very quick, through, and did little things to make our corporate apt feel like home and not just temporary housing. Even the maintenance guys were available at a moments notice to switch out a soft mattress with a firmer one when we needed it.
The last best part was working with Wendy and Renea from upper management. I cannot thank them enough for helping us (multiple times) as we navigated moving from Austin to Dallas which included waiting on the sale of our previous home and subsequent purchasing/closing on our new house in Dallas. We had some bumps along the way, and they were so kind though it all. Our stay was changed/extended several times and each time they made sure we didn't have to pack up and leave until we closed on the new house.they made sure we had a place to stay for a full three months. Renea and Wendy treated us with care and compassion during a very stressful time and it ment the world to us. The day we left was bittersweet, we were excited to move to our new home, but we will miss an amazing group of caring individuals. Kudos to whomever put this team together.

I really enjoyed my stay at the WaterWalk in Richardson. Although I was far from home, the people and staff made it more home-y. There is a particular person I want to mention and that is Ms. Khaola, she was very sweet, made sure I was always comfortable and had everything I needed. I felt very safe and confident in my choice staying here!

I had the most amazing year-long stay at WaterWater Richardson on the furnished side, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially the manager Renea, Khaoul, Isabelli and David

Clean, affordable, and plenty of space. Day staff was very responsive, but the night staff never answered the phone. Unfortunately, I was placed under someone with kids that ran back and forth during the so-called quiet times.

Just got into town today and checked in. Had the great fortune to meet David the property manager or better yet "lobby attendant" or "lobby conceigerge! " He is so very kind and attentive. What a wonderful experience thus far! We've (myself, my sister and brother - here for my mom's memorial service) been here for a total of 4 hours and just ordered some sushi for dinner after a 2 day drive from California. Relaxing has been so easy in this atmosphere. However we're here for the next 4-5 days so we'll keep you posted.

I love Waterwalk Dallas-Richardson! I would not stay anywhere else. The staff tends to my every need. They are friendly and attentive. My husband doesn't worry when I'm traveling because he knows I'm taken care of and safe.

Brad and the rest of the staff was very professional. We picked the right place for family stay in Dallas. The area was quiet and clean. And well lit, plenty of light in the parking lot at night. Thank you for a Fantastic stay.

I've stayed here 3 times now, the staff is very helpful and caring, they are always on there game, the management is very helpful as well, I love it here because the rooms are always clean and have a home away from home feeling, if your ever in Richmond Texas I highly recommend Water Walk, you won't be disappointed

This place has everything. The service is impeccable and both the common areas and rooms are very clean. After living in hotels for months on the road a place like this really feels like home. Renae, Brad, Isabelle, and Yoba have really been exceptional!

The staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms are perfect size and I love the fact that there is a washer and dryer in every room

We have been here since the end of last April while our house is being renovated.
Supply lines! We’ll be here until February 2023. (they say).
But who cares?
This is the most pleasant and well-maintained establishment we have ever occupied. It's spotless 24/7. Wendy Connors, the Manager and the Director of Sales is a wonder. The team that rotates at the front desk are the most helpful, friendly, and capable staff I have ever seen. We will miss them when we leave! I wish I could name each one here. Housekeeping is busy every waking hour and are so kind. The place is spotless. And pet friendly too!

Here is how you know that it is exceptionally well managed:
I haven’t seen a new face at any level since we arrived last spring. There is no turnover.
Even other guests are a delight.
When our house is completed, we hope we want to leave. Fine by us if the contractors take their time!

Great area! Great amenities! Great service! But most of all Brad goes out of his way to help with anything he can! I appreciate the whole team and love living here! 10/10

I moved into the Waterwalk in August after not getting approved for a home. This place has been such a blessing, I love the accomodations of the apartment style living, the free groceries weekly and I appreciate the entire staff that is just wonderful. I want to give a special Thank you to Brad who consistently goes above and beyond with professionalism and care every time.
