Watkins Insurance Group is great. When they ask 'how likely you are to recommend' I have to put a 10 because I have in the past and will again in the future.

I have used Watkins for my car and home insurance for years! Though I have had several different agents through the years, I have always received rapid responses, great quotes for insurance and the kind of support I need (email me copies of insurance cards, submit info before house closings, etc.) I am particularly pleased with the service the past few years from Amy Wilkie and Mike Budnovich. They are on it! Thank you for keeping my homes and vehicles insured at reasonable rates and for answering all of my questions! Highly recommended!

Speaking with the gal at Watkins her name is Cheree she was excellent to work with. She knows her insurance stuff to a "T"she is very savvy and answered any and all question. She is quite possibly been the best insurance gal I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work!

I would NOT recommend them. I spoke to an agent and asked him to rerun quotes when the renewal came out to double the cost of the previous one. I waited 2 weeks and he said he was really backed up because of all the requests from other customers. I ran my info online and was able to get results within 30 min and we switched and saved more than half of what he quoted.

I spoke to the higher up in charge and I said if the company reran the estimates for their customers every time the policy was set to renew that would be helpful to save customers money. I also told her the agent added a vehicle without our permission. When we were just asking for a quote. She said that is not their responsibility to rerun quotes. Then why have them broker your insurance? She also said the agent did the right thing by adding the vehicle because “people just want things insured. ” I’m pretty sure that would be considered Fraud to charge a credit card without the authorization of the card holder.

I just want to warn people so they shop around because this company is not out to help people get the best rate.
