There was supposed to be no down payment for bringing toys with their toy drive for Christmas just Ty& l.i went through the inhouse financing which they stated the haven’t had any cars since the week of December 11 I patiently waited and waited called felt like I was bothering them.they were nice about it but just kept getting the run around.so I was told to call back today the 27th the man stated that they had 3 cars with the financing I had to go through but they were at the mccart location.instead of them communicating with the other location I was having to play telephone and a woman on mccart was very rude and disrespectful and basically said that the exchange for the down payment for the toy drive was invalid.so I called back to the other location and he said he would reach out which I know he wasn’t going to because Everytime someone said they were going to call me back I never get a call. I hope they got the toys to the kids at least I felt like I got ripped off just so they could get donated toys I would have just brought some just because

Me and my husband bought an SUV from Melvin in March 2021 at the new Burleson location. Our situation was pretty much a lost cause but Melvin and the whoever assisted in the financing department managed to get us into a nice 2017 SUV that we couldn't be happy with and included a 2 year warranty. I will definitely go back to Melvin next time we need a vehicle.

Bought a vehicle from here today. This was a very straightforward process for me. Richie was upfront about everything, which I appreciated. I sent in all my info before I went in, and they had my approval done. I did my due diligence and got a carfax on the car before I even applied for financing. They didn't make me false promises and told me what the down and monthly payments would be. Nor did they try to stick me in a car I didn't want once I got there. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price and payment within my budget. I was realistic with my expectations though considering my credit. I was told all the terms of my financing. Richie was great to deal with and would recommend them.
