9Very professional, on time, the sugaring is more painful than regular waxing, but the results are so much better. They don't miss a hair.
Not to be corny but seriously as a first timer my experience couldn’t have been greater! Erica was so great at explaining the craft and really took the time to make me feel comfortable while the sugaring took place. I went for a Brazilian and underarm and left so satisfied! I’ve never waxed or sugared before but after coming here I’m not interested in going anywhere or to anyone else!
Erica was very friendly and explained the whole sugaring process. She was knowledgeable and talked to me through my discomfort to keep me relaxed. Would go back.
Open but wasn't greeted when I came in and sat in the building for over 5 minutes and no one came to say hello or anything. Definitely WILL NOT be coming back. And in response to the owner, I have the correct place, because you are located in Farmers Branch ducked off in a warehouse area and behind some condos. And of course you don't have me listed under no Topaz Princess, that is not my real name but okay. And my review STILL STANDS!
I booked an appointment online for February 22nd at 4pm and when I arrived around 3: 55 the door was locked and no one was there. I called the number they provided on the door and was only able to reach an out of office phone operator who couldn't help me contact the business directly. I then texted the number as the phone operator suggested and waited until 4: 15 for a response before eventually leaving. Disappointed but I don't mind spending my money somewhere else if this is how a business is ran.
I have been waxing for a while and I switched to sugaring and I love it so much! It lasted much longer & was much better quality
