Excellent experience! Very surprised that the process really didn’t hurt. And I feel fine after. Staff made me feel very comfortable, and Caitlynn was amazing!

Super comfortable and not too painful! Amanda was great and she made the whole experience fun:) I’d come here again if I weren’t here on vacation.

I hope we all are having an excellent 2021! So, I received a Brazilian and back wax on my b-day, last month. Asia is so kind and will even communicate with you during the process. I felt a little nervous, but I started to feel more comfortable during the wax from talking about music. The back-and a part of the Brazilian-waxes were honestly painful! But I manned up, and dealt with the pain.

I, honestly, loved how smooth and clean I looked after the wax; however, I had some concerns (Asia knows what they were) wanted addressed. However, I thank Asia so much for her calling me like a professional and adult would to clear up my concerns. She clarified things, and I understood things much better! I thank her so much for the clarification!

Finally, I do thank them for giving me the PFB; however, I have been experiencing some itchiness. I hate it; but I did buy a cream at Wal-Mart for it. I assume this is occurring because my hairs are starting to grow back. Is there something better than PFB? It will be a while before I receive another wax, honestly, because of the soft wax pain on my back, mainly. It was painful. I am glad I tried this for the 1st time! But, nonetheless, I looove my new look!

Overall, I do recommend this place for any man or woman who wants to get a wax here! They are kind, professional, and will get the job done! They will even clear up any confusion post Brazilian Wax if you have any concerns. I appreciate the military Veteran discount too! I would just recommend you let the "cerologist" know which areas you want a soft or hard wax. God bless you all for the wax service, and thank you so much for the b-day wishes! Had my first experience with waxing the city Katy today! I went in for just a Full face wax, then got to talking with Caitlynn and felt comfortable to ask about Brazilian waxing. I have never had one before and she was so happy to walk me through the process. There was not one awkward moment with her during the Brazilian wax. It being my first, I felt anxious about the pain but she made me feel like we were best friends and we literally laughed the whole entire time. She was amazing! I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I’ve had several brazilian waxes with Caitlynn & I have loved every one! I had never had a brazilian wax before coming here, & I’m so glad I chose this place for my first time. The entire place is very clean and the staff is friendly & professional. Caitlynn always makes me super comfortable during the waxes, & she goes quick while also doing a wonderful job. I may just have a high pain tolerance, but I find the waxes a bit painful but manageable.

Brandy gives a Brozillian that is top of the line. She is easy to talk too and there are no awkward moments. Definitely the best wax I have ever gotten. So fellas don’t be shy Brandy will make you feel at home. Go Brandy! Five stars!

After a bad experience at the European Wax Center in Cypress, I was very skeptical to try waxing again. I did some research and came across Waxing the City. Caitlynn is WONDERFUL! She is such a good person with a good spirit. I get the brazilian and she is very gentle and she takes her time. She takes the time out to explain what she is doing and also what I need to do in order to maintain silky smooth. I have already had 3 or 4 appointments and I do not plan on stopping. I am very satisfied!
