This establishment is very clean, and friendly to their customers. They offer complimentary drinks; coffee and water, and the restrooms are very well maintained and not dirty. I have been going to this place for a year now, and have been using Jessica’s service. She is absolutely the best, I love her energy, professionalism, and knowledge when it comes to her work. She answers all my questions and concerns about ingrown hair, products, wax being used, etc. Jessica always ask if I am comfortable before she start my session. And, I like that Jessica is easy to talk to and not boring, it makes my wax a smooth sail and helps me forget I’m getting wax. I do recommend this place, and Ms. Jessica service if it’s your first time waxing, or looking for a new wax lady.

However this new girl that they have working the front desk, either lay off the Xanax or the weed girl and get off your attitude with those long nails you can’t even type with! Yikes! Hire someone with customer service skills!

Vianney made the whole experience super comfortable and I couldn't be any happier with end results. She was very transparent from the beginning to the end with expectations with the service. If you’re going to the Fountain location (she’s currently on the West Side) I highly recommend Destiny V.she’s professional and make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve tried other girls but Destiny is highly recommended. She knows the true definition of a Brazilian wax, make sure all the hair is removed, takes her time, and double check her work.
