Had a great visit yesterday, eyebrows are perfect and the lash tint was fast. The reason why I'm giving three stars is because when I got home, I noticed there is black dye in my hair. My hair is plantnium blonde and now there is a large black glob in my bangs. I understand accidents happen but no one mentioned it while I was there so the dye sat all day.

10 out of 10 do not recommend, I went in for a Stomach and chest wax, I broke out really bad and got left with very embarrassing scarring all over my stomach. The waxing was the absolute worst, feeling ever and not to mention the person that did it even told me it was the first ever wax, once they were almost done with the service. I totally do not recommend this place I’m absolutely embarrassed to even take my shirt off around anyone

Received SPAM text messages that I never signed up for or consented to, no clue how they got my information, but won't do business with them for that reason alone

First time here was a great experience, Melissa did an amazing job I’m glad I found her She’s bilingual so communication was easier and also easier to explain what I wanted. They have a especial discount for your first visit which is great! I had eyebrows wax and tint. I’m still loving it!

Area of opportunity: Time dedicated to clients. When I schedule the appointment it says 15-20min and while in the process the receptionist knocked at the door to rush for the next client. I understand this is to organize timing but everyone is different and the needs while doing a service like waxing shouldn’t be rushed.

Well, it's the 2nd time I've had wax done and I loved it here at waxxpot, the girls are very friendly and always with a smile, thank you very much.

I was nervous at first but Andy (receptionist) really helped me overcome my fear and shyness! After my appointment I was so amazed on the quickness, painless and cleanliness of this business. Will be returning!

I’m so glad I finally found my go-to eyebrow place. Amy does a phenomenal job and really listens to what you’re looking for and repeats back to you what the plan is before she starts. She is also super sweet to talk with. I trusted her with my eyebrow wax before my wedding, so that’s saying something! Also love that you can buy packages for multiple services at a discount!

The whole place is very clean and well organized.

Was disappointed with how much I felt like I was bothering the staff just by being there. They barely looked me in the eyes and one of them even made a comment about not wanting to be there to another staff member. My eyebrows looked good, but it was rushed. I asked for the hair in between my brows to be fully removed and it was not. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I felt uncomfortable and won’t be returning.
