Waxy Flower reviews
8I read all the reviews about the shipping being late. Took my chance, and it got here before expected delivery date. I really recommend
Called two days and left messages. No one answered the phones and no one has ever called back.
Very cool spot to get materials for candlemaking, etc. Pretty affordable and has an excellent variety of fragrances and essential oils.
The first time I went to this establishment the customer service was horrible They didn’t help me at all they treated me as if I was a nuisance. I made a purchase for than $100 I decided to give them another chance and order online I paid to have my order delivered the next day I still haven’t received my order and that was last week. I can’t get anyone on the phone this is ridiculous and poor customer service
I love this place. I admit, we didn't start off very good, but after getting to know the ladies a little more, and realizing how demanding their job can be, I definitely have a better appreciation for them.
. And let's not forget the awesome variety of scents, along with some of the best prices out there. My only complaint, (which technically isn'ta complaint) I just wish they had more products for soap makers like me.
Excellent service and the team is always so helpful! Cannot recommend them enough for supplies!
They have everything that you could possibly need, and lots of options for fragrances, wicks, jars, wax, etc. I'll be here more often!
I stopped shopping at this place years ago due to the rude customer service, and (in my opinion) poor quality scents. I was kind of forced to shop here after my favorite candle/soap store went out of business. Being that there's not a selection of soap making supply stores in the Dallas area, I eagerly gave them a try. After my third visit there, I made the decision to find another company to buy my products from. I refused to spend my money with people that treated me like I wasn't spending $300 or more each visit. It's been about 10 years since I shopped here. I decided to stop by and give it another try because my usual store closed early and I needed some supplies for the weekend. I made it there about ten minutes until 5. Their hours say they close at 5: 30. I'm a business woman, so I know the importance of professionalism, as well as family time. I only came to purchase a few fragrance oils. When I first walked in, I was instantly reminded why I had stopped shopping here years ago. The lady in the front never greeted me, gave me a look as if she was irritated I had walked in, and when I asked questions, she made me feel like I was wrong for even asking. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe I was just expecting to be treated rudely, but when my husband walked in about 5 minutes later, he confirmed my feelings were correct. Don't get me wrong, I hadn't had a previous conversation with him prior to us going there. Also, we weren't together 10 years ago when I initially had my unpleasant encounters with them. So basically, he was completely unaware of how I felt about this company. He didn't want to stay, and kept telling me that he thinks they're mad that we came so late. I looked at the time, which was now 5: 10 and told him that we were done, and I was about to turn in my order. At that moment, they turned the lights out on us. I can go on and on, but I'm assuming you can get the point. I still bought the products I came to get and was out of there before 5: 20. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
