6 I ordered bedroom set and when they deliver the bed comes with different color.then I canceled the order for the bed and I order another one and it comes part of them different color and I pay for assembly but they are not able to do that and now I have a bed, white head gray sides
Awful service
I ordered a game chair late november for my son for Christmas. I received the game chair and had two left arms and no right. I called and was informed they'd send me another arm and id receive it before Christmas. A day later I received an email that stated there was a delay and id receive my replacement part June 24th of 2024) 6 months delay) I'm returning the chair and praying the return my money. Order on AMAZON. WAYFAIR IS TRASH.
They delivered missing some parts. I sent a request online and never get a response. I called and they said they will order missing parts and will send it to me. I never receive those missing parts. Never buy anything from Wayfair again.
Has to be a bunch of clowns working here.imagine taking off work waiting all day for your $1900 bed Frame and it never shows up. It took me to call them to see what’s going on. No email, no call or anything from these guys to inform me that my order wouldn’t arrive on the promised date. Oh …and I can’t get it delivered the next day because the schedule FULL! I even offered to pick my own stuff up myself and bring it home. “We don’t have that option”
Typically kind and friendly. Fast, usually drop and hook for drivers. Sometimes need to yell to get someone's attention.
This company blatantly lies about delivery dates. They took $1300 for a piece that was to be delivered in 7 days. The next day we get an email that says 30 days. Then we don’t hear from them for nearly 3 months. It then takes me 27 mins to talk with a customer service rep via chat to cancel my order because they could not give me a delivery date. This is the first and LAST time we order anything with Wayfair.
