I was very pleased with the entire process, from carpet selection, order updates, and especially installation. I do not usually write reviews, but my experience with the great service and installation is worth sharing with others.

We have a home 2-1/2 hours North of Houston that needed new carpet. We had used Wayne's in the past locally and were so happy with the results we decided to see if they would come that far to do an install. They happily drove the 2-1/2 hours each way and did an absolutely perfect job in every way. The guys were fast, clean and most importantly perfectionist about the installation.

They have an experienced crew and did an excellent job! The guys were right on time each day and worked seemingly nonstop. We love the wood flooring choice we got and even more so after finding out it’s actually made in Tenessee!
