I brought in two phones that needed new screens and new batteries. They had both phones done in a couple of hours. Great customer service, everyone was friendly, and I saved $20 by scheduling an appt.online.

The guy who helped me was fantastic, and this was very quick for what they have to do. Would chose them again for my phone pair/battery needs.

Prompt service called 10 mins till closing and he took me in worked very fast and was very professional.

I was able to make my appointment online and receive services within an hour. I requested a repair of my charging port and battery replacement. The tech was able to fix the charging port without having to replace, and at no charge, and the battery was replaced within 10 minutes. What great service! A+

I would like to give this place 5 stars but there was a hick up. One that could of easily been foreseen and fixed by any of their employees.

I scheduled an appointment to get the screen and battery replaced on my s8 2 weeks in advance. They replaced the screen but they never ordered a battery for it so they did not have a battery in stock.

The price is $40 cheaper to have them done at the same time too. So now if I were to go back to have the battery replaced at some point it will cost $75 instead of $35. No option was even given to me for a discount in the future either.

Austin and the boys down at the shop fixed my phone like new. You need your phone fixed without having to worry about it being dine right, just take it to them.

We had to call several times to follow up and after about 4 calls we just went there to be told they couldn't fix the phone.

Entire process went very well. Called ahead to be sure of battery availability for my iPhone 6Plus and to make an appointment. Battery and appointment was available immediately so I took it in within 30 minutes. Check-in took about 5 minutes, went to lunch, returned and it was ready. Check out took about 5 minutes only because I purchased an additional item.
This is the second battery I have had replaced here in this phone. The previous one lasted almost two years, and I am very pleased with that as I am a very heavy cell phone user. I strongly recommend this service and will continue to use them in the future.

I would give 0 stars if it were allowed. Originally quoted $219.99 together my screen repaired. I got to the store at 8: 30 am. They then told me they didn't have the right equipment to fix my phone and they could fix it but it would be $299.99.2ay nore than I wanted to pay but I needed my phone for work. I left the store after giving them my phone. I called at 2PM to check the status. They told me it would be done in an hour. The They said it would be done by 4pm. I got off at work at 4 and went strair over there to pick it up. I got there and they told me it was goi g to be another hour. I was appalled. At this point they had my phone for over 7 hours and still were bot done with it. They finally finiahes around 5: 15. Then I asked if they could do something to help since they took so long. The associate called the manager and he was told to give me $10 off! Then I looked around the cou ter and they had a while stack of coupons for $10 off. I was furious. Horrible customer service and terrible management. My family or I will never shop at Batteries Plus again and I suggest that no one else does either.

The employees at the Temple store were very friendly, very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this store.

Always have a great experience each time I visit this location. If they can’t help you right away they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door. The staff are fast, courteous, and are there to answer any questions. The store is clean an extremely well run.

Called for an appointment. I was already in Temple and it was later on in the day. For my convenience, since I was already in town, they fit me in immediately. They diagnosed my phone problems and replaced my phone battery in a few minutes. I also got a discount on the price. Highly recommend.

Even though they were busy, my phone was repaired (new battery in my iPhone 5s) in about 15 minutes! Excellent service and really nice people.
