Battery works great but service wasn’t the best. Was told it would take an hour to put a new battery in my phone. I thought I’d walk to Home Depot to waste some time. I spent around 25-35 minutes walking around. When I walked back over to get my phone all of the guys were in the back smoking, wasting my time. I wouldn’t have believed it but I had to walk bye the guys getting back to the front door of the store. I will not go back!
Unfortunately getting my phone repaired created more problems and I will likely have to get a new phone. They repaired the screen, but it had a weird color to it. Defective screen maybe. They replaced the screen again and the home button stopped working. I'm sure this isn't indicative of their normal service, hopefully just one bad experience. Lesson learned Just pay more and take it to Apple next time.
Josh did an excellent job replacing my battery in my iPhone.very simple and was a pleasant experience; about 30min; beats going to apple store and taking 2 hours out of my day.
Went into repair an iPhone glass screen. Got it back in a timely fashion. Not an issue. The screen is popping out of the phone, it’s not flush with the phone like it should be. Also, they replaced the digitizer which was not damaged and replaced it with some cheap looking product which is obviously not Apple verified. Resposiveness on the screen is slow, if at all even simple animations are lagged and blurred as if being throttled. Will be back in store to resolve issue, hopefully it’s just a hardware issue and not a conscious negligence on the owners part.
