I went to the clinic, no one ever came to window. I have called so many times and no answer. Left messages with my number and no call back. Poor customer service.

Good quality injections and professional nice staff but poor communication. I have called for 30 mins straight and although it says to hold for a rep it sends you to voicemail after 3 rings I’ve sent them a text and still no response idk when I’d go again if no one is answering me.

This is the best place I’ve found and the only one I will continue to see.their quality injections really work on point.this is my 4th week and I’m very happy that my clothes fit and look a whole lot better. I’m so happy that their care and advice is of quality importance.

I finally had the chance to come back in after 3 yrs!
