I’ve worked with many lenders while in the process of home buying. None of them have gone above and beyond the way Troy and his team did. He was always available to answer every ridiculous question I had, and ran numbers as many times as I needed him to. He was patient and honest, and answered questions in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid. I had been working with another lender prior to being recommended to WeDoLoans and immediately made the switch after getting to know Troy. He was friendly and great to work with. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

The owner called me to let me know Seth was no longer working there. I’m not happy that when I called several times and asked for someone to help and asked for someone other than seth to help me I never got a returned phone call or email. I just had to leave a message with reception and wait for a phone call back which never happened. It’s irritating because these loans affect credit scores and having to have mine reran with another company isn’t enjoyable especially when someone like me is very particular on who runs my credit. But I’m upgrading to three stars based on the owner reaching out and apologizing.

I can't express how incredibly thankful we are to have had the opportunity to work with Bel, Tim and Troy. At the beginning of this process I recall thinking “there’s no way we will be able to pull this off in this amount of time” These three had a look of “hold my……beverage…. ” and made it happen.
