Rude should sum it up! Wellby customer using the Wellby atm and it says my card is not valid at that atm! Ask drive thru banker she said “it’s out of order”. Can we bot put a sign on it if you dang well know it’s out of order! Also both ladies that assisted me in the drive thru never looked up. The only thing I saw was their lovely part in their hair! All I can say is RUDE! Over 25 years of being with them & this is how low we have stooped.

I had to go into the branch on FM 1959 to complete a transaction. Julius was very helpful and friendly. She completed my transaction very quickly.

Danielle Nealy was the representative I was working with and if it wasn't for her I would have never gotten my interest rate down as much as she did. Not only did she make that happen, she was the on top of her game when coming to documents and attentiveness. She made the refinance experience better than I've ever had. Would give 10 if I could, but Definitely a big reason as to why I will stay with Wellby for my banking needs.

Danielle Nealy is the best personal banker ever! She saw my balance and politely asked me if I would be interested in a Savings Plus account. She set me up with that AND a CD! Danielle is kind, helpful, and I can’t say enough good things about her.

Cody the Loan Officer is Awesome he helped me through the whole process of refinancing my vehicle through wellby and worked out everything over email that I only went in once to start the application and got approved and did all the paperwork through email. Def consider Wellby if your credit is not the best and wanting a awesome credit union!

Went in today to Wellby Ellington branch first time since it’s been called Welby as I usually go drive thru.
I must say I was very pleased with the service and welcoming atmosphere of everyone working there. Juliza met me at the door with a welcoming smile and directed me to who I needed to talk to who handled my transaction quick and courteously. I would recommend them.

WONDERFUL. Juliza was QUICK and VERY GOOD. She was extremely pleasant and she knows her job. I will start coming to this branch now. I LIKE IT.

Upper management or financial advisors are never anywhere to be found at the branches or return phone calls. Call in to the "Wellby HOTLINE" and never get anyone with knowledge of how to process payments this is per them. Hotline will tell you certain pieces of information and it's never the same at the bank in person. But this is who we need to trust with money? Do better!

I want to thank Rodrigo for his help a few days ago he made us feel so relaxed and really help us figure out the easiest way to go forward. Thank you!

Danielle has been a huge help for me in setting up an account after the death of my husband. I have been into see her four different times because of issues and she has always been so polite and cooperative.

This review only for this location on Ellington field location on hwy 3 old Galveston road. Horrible customer service. Sadly they're the closest to where I live after the Deer park location which is my favorite. However, they're closed because of the storm and the tornado
