Hello how are you. Honestly IAM very disappointed I was at Texas city Branch trying to cash a company check even IAM over more then 11 years in this bank thia is the first time a bankmember talk to me very disrespectful her name is Susana. Please don't ask do or her. Very rude and not professional at all. Honestly I don't understand why people like her work in costumers services I know several people who work there like Edward. Miss Ann. And Alejandra. Very polite and super nice. Honestly I don't know what happen to this lady. But she has not clue about costumer service I was at the main office in Webster location. And I think she is coming from there. People at the main office. Is super rude please if is anything you can do about educate this lady about costumer service I really appreciate it honestly this is not the way to talk to a costumer is been there for over 11 years. When was Jsc credit union this is not acceptable. This lady Susan or Susana. I know she Hispanic. Needs to go out of the company

Went to ask 1 question and then a can of worms were open. I am so glad I had Julia to help me. She is very professional, friendly, respectful, caring, knowledgeable and very helpful. We got everything taken care of plus she calm me down when I got upset about the situation. She even followed up the next day. That's customer service. Issac and Susana at the Texas City branch made the horrendous experience I was having buying an RV much easier. Issac went above and beyond my expectations when he stayed late on a Friday to start a loan application. He kept up with communication and made sure that Susana would be able to take over in the process on Saturday. I had the check for the RV in hand by 10: 00 Saturday morning. Just one of the many reasons we have three auto loans through Wellby. The customer care has always been top notch. I highly recommend you take your financial business here.

Have been with Wellby, previously JSC for 20 years, not sure what's up with the loan dept, but they probably just lost this 20 year customer because of their inability to properly value a boat, they never took into consideration the value of the outboard motors nor the trailer, Julia was great, the manager of the underwriters, not so much. ACUTX got it right
