I've have called and left msgs for over a week and the call center takes my msgs and phone number but have yet to receive a call back.

Doctors keep leaving and going over the same thing over and over. You're passed around from doctor to a PA. It's an act of congress getting one prescription refilled. I just need a doctor to stay consistent.
