I wish Google would start allowing you to put negative stars on reviews. I deposited a check in the ATM at this location on the 20th of December and there's a hold on the money until the 2nd of January that's almost two weeks to receive money into my account. Similar to the horse pulled Carriage that Wells Fargo uses as their identity they are slow and I feel like I'm trying to make a deposit from the 1800s.

Ive been going to this location for many years.but that one person.theres always one character that ruins the vibe. Today i walked in and this lady attended me, at first she was helpful explaining me what i needed to ask for in reguards of a check. That went okay. Then she asked me question after question.i asked her politely to give me a moment cause she wouldnt let me breathe.she made me feel interrogated.then she asked me " are you trying to transfer money to mexico? " Or whatever? ". At that time i didnt want to deal with her.

She lacks professionalism lacks communicating with her customers.she must be new.i took it in offense because i am mexican, i never mentioned anything about mexico. SHE NEEDS TO STOP ASSUMING AND TALKING AHEAD OF HER CUSTOMERS BEFORE SPEAKING.

Excellent customer service. They will greet you as you walk in (if they are not too busy, of course), make you feel welcome with water, coffee, and candy for the kids!
