Wells Fargo Bank, Houston TX

Today I took the time to go into a branch I wanted to open a savings account I already have a checking account with this bank so I was told that it was appointment only I said ok I saw the lobby empty no customers banker there were three just sitting doing nothing. REALLY IF I TAKE THE TIME TO DRIVE TO A LOCATION I THINK A BANKER SHOULD TAKE THE THE TIME TO DO THEIR JOB.

My mother just left this location to deposit her business check and they treated her like a criminal. They said they don’t know if she stole the check when her deposits and her square are consistent. She banks at Wells Fargo. No one gave her any other options or help. Then she tried to pay on her credit card the lady told her “We do advances but they charge. ” She simply wanted to pay on her card no advances from her was mentioned. Terrible experience and service will never comeback to this location

The worst costumer service, Ignacio Bonilla was doing nothing and refuse to provide any help. Did not even ask anyone of his coworkers to assist me. The worst attitude.

Ignacio Bonilla needs to be FIRED. Worst attitude with the worst customer service of any Wells Fargo I've ever been to. He was absolutely doing nothing and his appointment did not show up and did not want to help. He needs to be FIRED immediately.

They refused to see me to take care of some quick business I had without setting appointment. They did this while 2 people were just playing on there phones and no one else was in the bank. They work harder at not working than anything

This is a great location and the staff are excellent!
I recommend asking for Brenton as he helped me out At the end of the day with a account issue I greatly needed! He took great care of me and resolved my issue!

Mmm so ive been into this location few times now. Every time i have no wait and great service.so honestly not sure why they have so many bad reviews.

I’ve had better service from a mugger. Thus bank is a perfect example of how Wells Fargo just doesn’t care and will continue to steal from us and treat the actual clients and bank customers like garbage because they suck not just as being a bank but at life. I Wells Fargo were a person they would be worse than Hitler. They are bad and should feel bad for being so bad. I have more trust in the random crack head on the street with my money than Wells Fargo. I hope that the Executives got this bank are struck with many curses. Here are some

1.they have the constant urge to go poop but can’t tememb how.
2.cookies: their spouse and first born smell like fresh baked cookies (which would be nice at first but eventually maddening)
3.they and all of their branch managers wake up naked in a dessert made of LEGO bricks.

I got one will not be using Wells Fargo ever again and will mail their headquarters pictures of turtles having sex because it’s not illigal I like Wells Fargo’s buissness practices.

The branch manager and some members of his team at this location are awesome! He was very patient and was taking the time to greet them at the door, and follow up on there experience while there. Great job!

This place doesnt know what they are doing i had to call the 1-800 number on the back of my wells fargo card which the person is in other state to help me and this people were in front of me and said "there nothing we can do for you! Next person plz" I did there job for them.and manager didnt want to see me

Foreign Exchange Money Service is awesome. I brought in some euro cash in and they exchanged it with no fee! Chase, BOA, & Capital One wouldn't do it.

Poor service. Depending on who you talk to and the manager in charge, rules change and you waste your time! Don't recommend going there unless you have a lot of free time (which I don't).
