Wells Fargo Bank, Odessa TX

Waited over 2 hours trying to get my documents motorized. Watched other people come after me and get helped while I was still seating there. Ended up having to go somewhere else

The number posted to this bank gets no answer, the a recording says it is not in service. Not so great for customer relations.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 min.to cash a Wells Fargo check. They refuse to cash thru the drive thru because I don't have an account with them. I would have to park and go in main bank after waiting 20 min and I am on a walker, unable to walk well. They have no clue what customer service is.

Thoughtful and warm service, every staff member is smiling and answering every question patiently! Great

Every time I go in I am greeted friendly by someone and the service has been outstanding. I've dealt with several different people in each of the buildings and they have all been great.

Terrible bank. Idiotic guidelines in regards to the pandemic that don’t even follow CDC guidelines. They make everything increasingly difficult to do just for the sake of making things difficult.

I've been using Wellsfargo over a decade and this is definitely the worst branch I've ever used. Waiting time is forever even just for a small thing. Every time I come here line is really long.

Terrible Customer Service solutions, ineffective time management, as well as horrendous wait times.

My problem is their hours. They close at 5 everyday and 12 on sat. Even on Fridays they don't have any extended hrs. Most people work till 5. Makes it very hard on their customers. They should attempt to extend hrs. Atleast until 530pm and 1pm on weekends.
This would help a lot of people.
Also Branch on west side is closed.
They are not making it easy to bank with them.

This bank is so irritating! ATMs with no cash, you can’t even make a deposit because the ATM is always unavailable! This bank has done absolutely nothing for me and I been banking with them since I was in High School

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get somebody on the line. I’ve tried more than multiple times to get a hold of somebody to assist me. Horrible.

Everyone warned me about banking here.
I told bank that I was out of state often and would need access to my money.
They said "no problem. Just use your card. You can even get cash from ATM without a card. "
my withdrawal limit was set to $300.00
I asked to raise and they said "this account cannot do that. " I tried to get a cash advance. I couldnt get anything above $300.00 either
I asked to raise. They said same thing.
They've officially made it impossible to access more than $300.00 out of my account per day
Unless I use Zelle. Then the limit is $500.00. DAILY.

Very helpful and friendly during my visit. Helped me understand other information i asked.

The bankers were friendly, but could not figure out how to set up my online banking due to an old account from many years ago. What a horrible hassle. Plus, the wait to see a banker was at least 45 minutes. I closed my new accounts when the issue was still not resolved after 2 additional trips into the bank to provide more info to try to solve the problem.
