11Went in to try and set up apple pay before replacing my card.and advised to mark it as lost first.by doing so it locked any access to my digital wallet and i have no way of setting up apple pay, no temporary cards, or card free access to atm's.no access to my money.i don't carry large amounts of cash on me.i'm changing banks after 7 years with wells fargo too many changes and none of them are benefitting the customer.
Poorly customer service they should close this location they only have 1 person to take care more than 6 customers. And is always like that.no matter what day of the week it is.
After waiting in line for 5 minutes I was told I'd need to wait 20 minutes to get a verification letter!
I was checking on a problem with our Wells Fargo account and zelle and Fred Carter was the most in sincere and unprofessional banker, said he was aware of my husband and made a comment about a situation that happened to my husband and then proceeded to say that he was not tech savy. I could have said he was not professional or friendly but I did not and that is his business to try and help clients who have accounts there. In a time where we are going to wiring money and not writing checks any more. I would think that Wells Fargo would be a little more sincere about helping their clients apparently not Fred Carter.
I came in to just close my PLOC and checking account (keep open my credit card). The rep brought the manager over to talk me out of it and she made it very uncomfortable to just close accounts.
I visited this Branch for the very first time. Staff knowledgeable, corteous and friendly. Personnel seem to work as a real team and Stella Rodriguez simplifies it all. Very pleasant

Worst Wells Fargo ever! Waiting over 35 mins for banker and still no banker to assist, don’t come here if you don’t got time to wait. Unprofessional and the workers don’t even addressed you or try to help, they just stand there not doing anything.
Waiting for almost 40 minutes to speak to a banker while there is 3 bankers doing absolutely nothing

I have, on several occasions, observed that they allow anyone to park on their handicapped parking space (with no handicapped sticker or handicapped license plates) I addressed this to two employees and one had told me that "she could not do anything about it. " Such a shame. I would have told those people to move.immediately.
It was great a guy named jorge helped me out & helped me understand everything i needed about my new account and how i can raise my credit i was in and out in less than 20 minutes so much better than other places i been to
