Wells Fargo Bank, El Paso TX

Alex the manager is very rude I waited for an hour in the line to deposit my money for her to turn me way for having a recently expired id she said I could come back and go through the normal lane to deposit so I didn’t have to wait. When i came back to deposit with a valid id she didn’t let me go through the lane and when I asked her why she said “she didn’t remember telling me that” I informed her I would be complaining she replaced with “SOUNDS GOOD” Very bad for business to have a BAD MANAGER RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS.

Went to this location about a week ago and was turned away cause I didn't have an appt. Wasn't offered a wait time or nothing. Make an appt for other branch on george dieter for today. Still not seen. Wells Fargo bad for business

Wells Fargo representative from this location says they done have our business paperwork and want us to bring it in. We have had a business account with Wells Fargo for over 6 years – how do you now say you do not have our paperwork. The fees on our checking account have become very high, we have to pay a fee to deposit cash. Have used Wells Fargo for 20 years but think it is now time to move one. American Express offers a 0-fee checking.

Outstanding customer service. We were promptly seen, fixed address issues, got the last three statements, and ordered new checks. The bank teller was patient, helpful, and very understanding.

Went in tried to open up an account and EVERY single banker did not want to help. They just sent me home they are too busy for walk INS. F that

Bad service. Don't come to this place. They only have one person attending the cash register and the delay is 1 hour for any transaction to be made

Went in to close an account. After turning a sole prop in to an llc. Waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes before some guy came out, not to help but to hit on a customer already in line. After waiting 10 minutes he walks towards me not to help but just walking. I go up to him and tell him I need to close an account and looks at me with a stup*d look as if I was an idi*t for asking. Says he “may” be able to help and walks to the back as if he were busy and says he’ll be with me shortly. After waiting another 10 minutes I left. Worst Wells Fargo location.

Today I went to make my a deposit and Diana is the person that helped me. I did my deposit in the drive thru and I usually get a greeting and a thank you at the end but today I sent the cylinder and got it back and not even a word was said to me. I don’t know if Diana was in a bad mood in which if that is the case it is not my problem. I make deposits at that bank every day and I don’t expect a lot but a hi and a bye would be nice. Terrible service by Diana

Decided to go through the drive thru and I sent my deposit. Waited 15 minutes and nothing. I was able to see them through the window they have and the lady there was giving her back to the drive thru clients and can tell they were just talking. I pressed the call button and asked for my deposit and she is like, "oh I have your deposit here. " She hadn't even taken it out from the canister. Unfortunately I had to make that deposit today so I decided to go inside the branch and only one lady helping a customer while 4 others just walking back and forth. I asked if there were more people to help and they are like just wait a moment. I had to wait for the only lady who was actually working. Horrible customer service.

I come here 3+ times/week and actually quite like the staff. My problem is with Wells Fargo. I've written this whole review before reaching half way through the line. I always expect to wait 30+ minutes everytime I come here.

But today I'm here 15 minutes after opening and it's the 1st of the month and its Friday. It's a busy bank day, everyone knows that especially the banks.

My complaint is that even when they full well know that it will be as busy as they ever get they only have 3 tellers out of 8 stations. That's less than half staffed, theres 5 empty stations. On the drive thru side they have 2 out of 4 stations staffed. They're running a skeleton crew during peak hours and are unapologetic about, saying they aren't short staffed or anything this is just how they operate now.

No respect for their customers time at all it seems. This is not out of the ordinary at this or most other Wells Fargo Branches in El Paso.
