Wells Fargo Bank, El Paso TX

Terrible customer service provided by one of the associates and even worst by the branch manager, she wouldn’t even try to understand or anything she got defensive right away, what a great way to assist a loyal 15+ year WF customer. Not asking or expecting a favor, all I needed is for this branch to do their jobs I stood in line over 20 minutes for nothing while 3 or 4 associates on the cubicles just watched teller line getting bigger and bigger.

Rude employees! My mother in law has Alzheimer’s and her brother has autism, we had to go with them (obviously) to help them create a bank account together, and Susana kept making faces and talking rudely to us because they are the ones creating the account after we even told her that we have P. O. A for both! She is simply very unprofessional and needs to retake some Customer Service courses!
