5Couldn't even help me to close my account drove from Horizon. Said they only had 2 people n they were busy.
Commercial line needs help. They never answer the change line and even if they do they still take forever. Expect to wait 45min to an hour each time trying to pick up ur money. Had to score them one star to post but honestly they deserve no stars.
The do not give an accurate information, and they do not care about their clients, customer service is the worst.
Maybe it is a really good option as a bank. However, the people who works in that location is not the best, especially the ones who works in bussines account.
I went into the bank yesterday to access my safe deposit box. Upon entering the bank, I was immediately greeted by Ms. Macias. I did not even have an appointment (which is generally recommended) and she had me in and out in 10 minutes. Fantastic customer service!
Maria Macias was extremely helpful and patient with my father! We need more people like her! Very kind!
