Update: After I messaged them, they refunded the monthly fee. I'm upgrading to 3 stars.

Original review:
I've dealt with a few different banks. Wells-fargo has been the worst. When my debit card expired they didn't send me a new one. Every bank I've worked with has done this automatically. When I called them to send me a new one, they said I have to come in to request it. During the covid craziness. I want to minimize my exposure and they insist I have to come in for for this. I decided to close my account and transfer my money out. Guess what, they slam a monthly fee and my account is now negative. Guess what, I can come in to pay this.

Avoid this bank at all costs. There are plenty of other banks who treat you like a valuable customer.

Team in this branch is great! The branch manager Amber was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. She had Amudha assist me with the service I needed, she was very professional and prompt. I literally was in and out in less that 10 mins! Thank you so much ladies!

I would like to thank Thonny for going above and beyond to help me yesterday. I was having a bad day and as I was depositing a lot of my Christmas money in the ATM it got jammed and only deposited 1 cent. I went inside and explained what happened and the young lady told me I would have to wait 2 to 3 days to receive my deposit on my account. I would have to call customer service. She saw the disappointed look on my face and had Thonny help to see if I can speed up the process cause it was the holidays. Thonny made it happen in 2hrs! I was literally crying cause I didn't think I was gonna be able to buy any Christmas gift before I left out of town. Thanks to Thonny I did! Not a lot of companies would have done what they did. Great customer service! Thank you soooo much and Merry Christmas!

Needed a direct deposit form printed out that had my name labeled on it somewhere for new job (the form online doesn’t provide your name). So I have to come in and there was only one banker working and a ton of people waiting. When I first got here, there was only one person in front of me and it took forever. All the while, Mark, the manager on hand was fiddling in his office doing nothing. I’m writing this review because that’s an example of such poor management. The bank doesn’t close until 5 and he leaves early (3 pm), with seeing a line of customers needing help from a banker and instead of helping out (I guess that was above him), we are now left still waiting on the overly chatty banker.

My experience I worked in one say hi It look like he was not having a good day I dropped some deposit in a change order for a business that I work for if Eric does not like his job he needs to change it I will show him how to be nice and good customer service training he needs

Even though we bank with another institution in another state they were able to do a cash advance for us through our card. The staff was very polite and helpful

Worst bank experience ever! I was in business with WF for 15 years and I decided to close the account; moved everything to different bank.
